I think you pretty much have to kill the Simmons vs Giannis argument. Freak makes Simmons look dumb silly when they play each other.

Simmons could be like him, I'm not sure he likes the contact tho. Giannis initiates it and gets the FT line a LOT. One of the reasons I don't wanna play vs the Bucks is that I feel the refs will favor Giannis for however long the series goes.
Good assessment:
PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

This is what Kyrie should be doing all these years. Imagine him with a more CP approach(i'm not saying that i want him to cheat).
If Kyrie gets to the line more, a lot of things change for us offensively.

He's so **** cool in real life. I never get star struck but damn.
That is awesome dude, thrilled for you.

If we don't come out of the East, fire Danny.

Kyrie doesn't have the body/frame to take that kind of abuse I'm afraid. Look at IT. Look at AI. Look at CP3. When you're a little guy throwing yourself into defenders to draw fouls, your body is going to break down sooner rather than later. It sucks that Kyrie doesn't get to the line more, but it is what it is.
The guys on our team who should be drawing the fouls should be Tatum and Hayward.

It'll be criminal if Giannis doesn't win MVP this year.

I'm still shook. I've met so many celebrities, I used to walk by Yo Yo Ma and Peter Wolf every morning, I ate dinner with Angela Davis a few months ago, but Allen Iverson taking off his sunglasses to acknowledge me/my friend has destroyed my mind. Holy ****. The man is a God.

I saw the headline on the ticker and foolishly thought I could beat you to posting the news.
I believe they call that "delusions of grandeur."

My dad loves AI. My old man went to Georgetown so thats a reason why too but he just was so hyped up on AI before in the day and still is.
Made me read a book about him too and what a cluster F his life was and turned out to be.
Most star struck my dad ever got though he said was randomly meeting Bobby Orr at an airport (in the early or mid 80's I think). Said he went up to him and stuttered out "Hello Mr. Orr" and he said back "Don't call me Mr. Orr, call me Bobby."

One of the coolest, most bad ass people to ever walk this earth despite his struggles. I don't know what I would do if I met Pierce after reacting that way to AI, lol. Meeting AB/Glen Davis/Stauskas/lesser NBA players barely registered in comparison and I actually spoke to those guys.

Stauskas.
Paul Pierce used to always be quiet and businesslike when he talked to me. I wonder now that he is the media, if he is more outgoing.
Would trade meeting everyone to talk to Stauskas. Did he speak French, Urdu, English, Xhosa, Michif, Archi? Not many people in Stauskas' town talk in English these days.
Everyone must thank Stauskas. Due to Stauskas, the Celtics get Jayson Tatum and another lottery pick. (99% chance it is a lottery pick)
Who knew that Stauskas had that much control over the universe.
Obviously the 15th roster spot will be kept open for Jake Laymen, but if Portland spends to keep him then Stauskas could be an option and to thank him for all he has done for the Celtics.
Kenrich Williams versus Ray Spalding. Two important starters in the NBA, battling right now to determine if the Celtics get pick 9. Solomon Hill with the foul!
Delon Wright with a triple-double. He is the type of comboguard that could help a team like Toronto.
Terrence Ross taking Orlando to the playoffs. He would be the perfect player for Toronto to have to spread the floor.

Lol. I was at a diner and sat next to him without realizing. He told me Westbrook was a dick to him the night before and that some players read RealGM when I asked. Then he ate his omelette and I ate my french toast or whatever.

He was what Marcus Smart could be with a jump shot
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

People really hate Paul Pierce man. Everything he says gets mocked. They don't even hear what he says and if his points are valid. Just pure hatred. That championship must have hurt a lot of people.
