They might be a problem.

But then again we were supposed to be with Kyrie as well.

We'll have to see how they gel.

Yeah, I hope karma gets back to bite Budz’s team in the ass in round 2. They did the Suns dirty. Suns had a legit chance to win 10 straight to get in. ZERO chance Memphis wins 2 out of 2.

What did Chuck say tonight?
I missed it
SamIam 2010: Truth's ability to play so incredibly efficiently is so UNDERAPPRECIATED. Bballcool 2012: Amazing how great Pierce has been for so long. Continues to defy age! KG 2013: P is original Celtic. Wherever he goes, we go. This is The Truth's house.

Didn't watch the whole thing but he already bet on Portland to beat LA (not even set yet). He better not give us the kiss of death!

I need the world betting against us, Cs against the world!!!!!! The fans already think we beat Philly but IMO anything can happen, seen it too many times to count! We need to play with a chip and something to prove as long as we're in it!!! Gotta win the series before it's marked in stone!

Khris Middeton on the verge of joining that exclusive list. Just needs to make 6/10 (or better) from the field tonight then sit the next two games.

Narrator: He did NOT join the exclusive list.

Middleton ended the regular season shooting 49.7% from the field (471/947).

So the Kings have one friggin good year. Fire their coach. Have a crappy year. Fire their GM.
Hire the GM who picks Darko over Bosh, Wade and Melo.

It's hard to seriously claim that we got "unlucky" after having such amazing returns on the Brooklyn picks. You can't win them all and I'd say we had more good luck than bad.

But man, if we could have gotten lucky just one last time with SAC or MEM, it really could have kicked this thing into overdrive.

We going through war if we want the finals.

Good. Bring it.

Wish Philly was healthy.

So do I, but we had to beat them easy without our two star players at the time, so my heart won’t be bleeding for them or anything

Heads up: I noticed that our non-Celtics game-time talk has been split between this thread and the Memphis pick watch thread. If you're watching the POR/MEM game, come join us over there so we can all be in one place.

Lillard sneaky cheating shooting those technical and free throws quick before the cameras exposed the all ball block :D

Portland is one of the most atrocious defensive teams to penetrate on their perimeter defence. It is non existent. I haven’t seen Morant look this effective all bubble. Bron is gonna moonwalk to where ever he wants. Lakers sweep if couple of the scrubs hit a wide open 3 here and there below average.

What a huge shot by Melo.. So happy for him. Thought this dude was absolutely cooked.. Got to be happy for these Portland guys. These dudes played hard asf in this bubble. Dame deserved a spot in the playoffs. Hope they give the Lakers hell.

They won’t. Maybe they take one but that is all. I can even see Kuzma going off on the Blazers atrocious D. If that happens. It will be tough on them.

Read on Twitter

31% 3-pt% and 51% TS% in playoff career. Only got past 1st round twice. That's Melo.

I have to say though, once he accepted this role, he's helped this POR team more than I expected. Still part of the problem on the defensive side of the ball. At least he's kinda trying now.
