Worst thing is that IT didn't even ask for any kind of tribute. It was all Celtics initiative. But somehow he's turned into a villain. He's called selfish douche for supposedly wanting his tribute purposefully on Pierce's jersey retairment night. :banghead: He actually even kindly asked not to play that tribute after butthurt Celtics fans ate him alive. I can absolutley understand him not knowing about that ceromony. Most NBA fans outside of Celtics probably didn't know about it. But somehow even that was turned against him as being douche who wants attention. And now butthurt Rondo blows everything out of proportion and confronts IT too.

I feel really bad for IT about how he's treated by a lot of Celtics fans. Guy played his heart out for this team and made it actually fun to watch again. It's absolutley fine to not want him here longterm but turning him into some kind of villain is beyond stupid.

Not a fan of the hate but I love the song. Skee-Lo was pretty much a one-hit wonder though.

By the way I found it hilarious some dude in the pickup game is rocking the Bird #33 jersey.

Hate him or love him, but he's very much a defensive leader on the team

I am hearing that the Wizards most likely will be willing to roll the dice on a max deal for Cousins this summer even after his injury. This news is pretty big if it holds true...Puts a lot of pressure on NOLA

i don't think so. They will go all-in on LeBron/PG playing together. Their pitch to LeBron is probably "who do you want to play with that's available?"

Im the biggest fan of his effort and his defense. I love players like him

But he tries to do too much or thinks he can do too much, or maybe its just brad telling him to do this. I am just not a fan.

The biggest thing for me is that he sucks at getting the basket. If you cant shoot at least get to the basket, almost every point guard can at least do that. He cant.

Your thoughts on Lebron's interest in playing there? If I was him I would try for Houston but who the **** knows.

Yeah I figured Houston would be the leader for him right now with all the Lavar distractions in LA. But again, the insiders on this board would know more than me.

I just feel like even deep NBA insiders have no idea what's going on with Lebron. It seems like he'll leave the Cavs at the least but that might not even be guaranteed. It's going to be one **** wild summer.

Blah blah. He left Boston for it's Eastern rival. It's like leaving your spouse for her enemy. There's different levels of bad.

Yeah, I never understood what's so complicated about this issue.

Its very clear why people might hate him.

Its very clear why people might forgive him.

Just do you and stfu about the other folks. I have no issue with people still loving Ray. If I say: "**** Ray Allen", it has nothing to do with those people. Yet, they continue to take offense and tell other fans what their opinion should be. Bizarre.

Paul Pierce dealt with trade talk his entire career and didn't even whine about being traded when it happened.

You know, like a guy who's not a diva and a coward.

Its not about that.

As fans I get it.

Once you put it all aside though, you should be able to see the facts.

What Rondo is and has done, and what Ray is and has done.

The best example ironically is IT , who gave his all to the Celtics, who played through injury, who played through death of family.

Yet only months later you see how Celtic fans take every opportunity , every single news story to take shots at him , undervalue him, or just to act like they knew along. Fans are fickle as "fans". Thats what every fan does, i did as well.

Then you look at the facts of what a member of the Celtics did here when they were here.

You as well as I know is Rondo is a piece of trash as a player personality...he is one of , if not the worst , and since all of that has come to the forefront , its easy to tell why a player would have issue with him.

Paul Pierce easily could have said **** off to the Celtics and left. Actually you are giving a good example of the FACTS.

Pierce could have and would have left had he not forced the Celtics to trade away those pieces.

Calling Ray a Diva is hilarious though. He is probably far from that.

Does he have an ego sure. Diva?

As far as I have known, hes quiet, reserved, professional, very schedule oriented, and does what hes asked, carrying a pretty good off the court resume as well. Don't know how Diva comes into this.

Unless you are talking about him now, in which he is retired and can say what he wants. Nothing coward about that. Others do it while they are playing

By Celtics fans, do you mean Cave, Stadium and I?

As for the other nonsense you typed. I hate Thomas, Rondo and Ray, in that order from most to least, so I don't really care about your point.
