You realize that Brown was supposed to go around 7th overall, right? The Brooklyn picks are out of teams control so they aren't as valuable as you may think. Noel is a generational talent on defense with the stats to back it up. Rozier is not the god you presume him to be, to me he's a throw in player, a little more valuable than a second round pick. Smart is terrible, point guards in the modern NBA need to be able to score 25 per game, and he can't. Brown is unpolished with potential, which is why a conversation would START with him, there would have to be more. If you guys think you'll be the only ones calling throughout the season, good luck with that. If you want to be foolish you can, but you are the only fans that value Rozier, Smart, and James Young.

Real life draft boards tend to be different than ESPN mock drafts...

Well, we agree on one thing. I don't value James Young either.

OK, keep all 3 centers and see how that works for you. You will have 3 unhappy players and agents. The value for at least 2 and maybe all 3 is only going to get worse as they can't play together. No-one is going to come close to matching an offer based on the value you see for Noel. He wants to go to Boston, so who is going to trade major assets for him when he's a restricted free agent in 1 year?

Wake up.

Right, all your players are awesome and all our players suck. That's why the Celtics won 48 games and the sixers won 10.

I think our definition of generational talent is different.

Anthony Davis is one

you may have another guy on your team in Simmons who may be one. Maybe.

Noel is not.

I think we've identified the fatal flaw in Hinkie's master plan. By the time things start to come together (as in you land a Simmons), you start to lose good young players on the back end. The losing takes its toll and players want out of the situation first chance. Also, by collecting "assets" and not forming a team, players feel more like cattle and want to be part of something else.

Except that the team has all the control until they are UFAs. Essentially, unless the player chooses to sign their QO after their rookie year or takes a shorter deal, the team has control for the first 8-9 seasons.

I said your bad players are bad, if they were so good why didn't Rozier play more? And I said Noel is a generational talent on defense, which can be proven using stats. Thank you for putting words in my mouth.
And why do you guys act like if we don't trade a center to you we won't be able to trade one? There are other teams that needs centers too. I can't wait to beat you guys this season! Embiid, Jah, Saric, possibly Noel, and Simmons will give you guys. Horford can only guard one guy, so who else will guard Okafor/Embiid? Tyler Zeller  ?

Uhhh Amir does a fine job down low? What herb are you smoking man...and uh ya can't wait to see you guys this year too, I'll have no choice but to to, as those tickets are always the least value for me every year. So might as well go watch a beating...seems no one wants to watch your sixers

Rozier was in the rotation for the Celtics in the playoffs, have you ever heard of those? I know it's been awhile

Lol. Generational talent? He's so good that you guys drafted 4 more bigs after him, and then offered him, Covington, 24 and 26 for the 3rd pick. If he was as good as you say he is, then why even offer him up in a deal? Go ahead and keep him. Looking forward to tall ball this year, when the Sixers roll out a lineup of Simmons/Saric/Noel/Okafor/Embiid. Revolutionary!!!
