Crowder and Rozier - Bradley showed he can step up in the playoffs. Crowder not so much.

Losing Crowder also frees up some time for the young guys. We just don't have a starting 4, unless it's Theis... :o

rather trade crowder.

bradley is a better defender, better decision-maker. plus every season he adds a wrinkle to his game. crowder seems more limited

Should be bradley because Crowder is locked into a great deal and we are unlikely to be able to retain Avery but it looks like Crowder will be gone

Bradley for Richaun Holmes and a Philly 1st?

Gets us a big, a pick, and clears some space.

Start IT, Jaylen, Hayward, Crowder, Al
Bench mob of smart, Terry, Tatum, zizic, some rebounder

If it's about position, Crowder goes.

If it's about money, Bradley goes.

Rozier likely stays because his money isn't enough and they need him with Isaiah iffy.

Smart they probably need too, but who knows?

Could be the best offer will determine who leaves. They all deserve to stay.

Crowder seems like the logical choice but I'm assuming this will be dictated by who gets the best offer.

Jae's contract is nice, but I don't see a significant role for him on the team now. Would hate to lose Smart.

I heard just Rozier wouldn't be enough. I have a bad feeling that Ainge doesn't want to move Crowder or Bradley(Bradley is gone next summer anyways) which is concerning as Jaylen needs more minutes this season, not to mention Tatum. I'd move Bradley and play Brown at the two, maybe even both Bradley and Crowder if you can also upgrade the rebounding.

I think we'd be better off trading Crowder

1.) He's underpaid and under a multiyear contract so his trade value is higher than Bradley's.
2.) We need someone to play strong defense alongside IT. Do you see Brown/GH trying to defend PG's like Kyrie, Wall, etc?
3.) Crowder is redundant now that GH is on board along with 7/11 and our other draft picks from 16/17
4.) I'd like to see 7/11 and some of our other 2/3/4 position-less picks get more playing time to see how they develop.
5.) Try to get a young center in exchange for Crowder

Makes sense to move one of the guys who is up for a new deal next year. Bradley to me is the most interesting because his contract is enough that we could bring back a cheaper player (a big maybe?) instead of a mediocre pick.

I'd do Crowder for Holmes

Crowder is untradeable.

No team will trade for him.

3 year window for a puncher's chance. Makes most sense to trade Bradley or Smart.
Baylor is Brat.

Stash Yabusele, release Mickey, Trade Rozier for a future pick, Trade D. Jackson and cash for a top 55 protected pick....or

Stash Yabu and Trade Crowder for a PF / C making 4.8 million or less. Sac looks like they are making a run for the 8th seed. Crowder for WCS?

Brown and Tatum are young, but they are good enough to the point where you don't keep both Bradley and Jae IMO

Isaiah having a competent back up is more important

Keep Marcus

Hate it... but I would trade Bradley only because his contract would be the first contract that would have to be renewed...

IMO...Smart's just too valuable on "D" and is not injured as often as Avery and I think Jalen could fill the void that is left if Avery departs....I mean both Brown and Tatum need minutes to develop....

Somebody has to go.....

Jae can play power forward in the small ball set that seems to be our bread and butter....

Addition by subtraction here...

Initially, I was going to say Crowder, but I think it makes more sense to go the Rozier+Jackson route and then have the option to use some combination of Bradley/Crowder/Smart+draft picks in a trade for a good player. If we use Crowder as our salary dump trade, we won't have nearly as much flexibility for making roster improving trades after the fact.

Marcus is the only player on that list who can legitimately run the point if IT is injured or on the bench. He is also our best defender. His shooting blows, but I can live with that as oppose to seeing Rozier run point. Can't trade him IMO.

I think it has to be Crowder. He'll never accept a bench role behind Hayward.
