That guy is such a bum these days, a 7ft Troy Daniels- just shoots 3's all game, doesn't rebound, doesn't block shots, not a great passer. He's so grim to watch when you consider how great he was on some of those old Nets teams. I used to love his old moves in the post :nonono:

Yeah, he had some nice post moves. Now he literally is a spot up 3 point shooter.

Knicks beat the Grizzlies. Good for the pick. Prediction: Grizzlies are going to miss the playoffs. Their hot start is actually good because they won't tank the season and Celts are gonna get a late lotto pick out of it. Jackson Jr. was fantastic, 7 blocks, 4 made 3s. Perfect modern big man.

Hornets and Sixers are the exact opposites this season. Hornets are losing almost every clutch game, Sixers winning most of them. Their respective records could easily be much different. Sixers are not as good as their record. They are 6 games over .500 with the point differential of 0.

besides the warriors it seems as though today's nba flipped upside down - dogs of the league have suddenly become relevant and "talented teams" not so much. i'm seeing the game has quickly evolved several times in the past couple of yrs from super teams, 3-d players to today's high octane offense. is that desperation from adam silver to remain more exciting/step ahead of other professional sports?

Good lord every team but Phoenix has at least 9 wins in the West. That is mind blowing

Record of last year's final four over the last 10 games: Warriors 5-5, Rockets 5-5, Celtics 4-6, Cavs 3-7.

Could be, but he's also 40th in RPM now.

Think it's just the way league wants you to play to be efficiënt.

He suddenly also is a decent defender

Kyle Korver to Utah for two 2’s, per Woj— happy he’s not headed to Philly, he wouldvd been deadly there.

Good deal for the Jazz. Second round picks are pretty much useless.

Ainge/Brad trusts the guys to figure it out -- Hayward progressing to near-full health, Brown to come out of his rut, Rozzy to become more comfortable with his bench role, Semi to continue contributing and improve his shooting, etc. No reinforcements for now. I wanted Korver though.

Korver to Utah is a big pile of meh. And we are done with Utah for the season and have yet to play Cleveland. Good stuff all around.

Alec Burks and 2 seconds is not a bad return for a 37 year old. He really had no place on a rebuilding team.

Cleveland got Burks? He's like Embiid cubed - the Jazz loved him when they drafted him, he's missed like 4 seasons in a row with injuries, and somehow returned full-time this year with like, almost all of his original athleticism, and only 27. Haven't watched him enough this year to know what Utah's seeing, or thinking - but it's an interesting acquisition for the Cavs.

I made that post before it was reported that Burks was included in the deal. Not as bad of a deal for them now. Trading him only for second round picks seemed like an obvious tanking move lol.

The Knicks are so ugly with their play, the NBA should allow them to forfeit the rest of their games this season and have them play D-League teams so they have a chance at winning some games.

Utah won the Korver trade. Jazz win over Nets, Cavs lose to Thunder. Jazz will be even better when Korver officially joins them. They used to have a guy just like him on their roster, Korver.

The coach of the Spurs is a huge fraud. Without Timmy, just a lottery team.

Luka is Rookie-of-the-Year. Just how he plays, and stats say it too. Top for scoring, second among rookies for assists and steals, fourth for rebounds.

Also, don't be mean to Brook. He hit 8 of 13 three-pointers a few weeks ago. 5 of 11, 6 of 10, 6 of 12, he has some huge games from long range. 37% for the season. Lopez is a bargain signing.

Luka Doncic is a special, special player. Best player from this draft class. What a steal for Dallas

Not sure why no one is talking about him - is it because all the people who under-hyped him (most of us) are embarrassed? Picks 1 through 12 in that draft have all shown raw talent and moments of upside so far - but Doncic looks s p e c i a l ...
