Jeez, smh.

So Brown was out there with a sprained ankle when he hit the game winning 3 on friday night? Or he sprained it yesterday in practice? Assuming the latter, which would be just our luck, FML
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

The only thing that matches this teams potential for greatness is their nightly potential for badness. Anyone have any lithium i could "borrow" because I'm watching either way.

Miami and New York both going to win tonight so it's pretty important to Celtics do the same.

Cannot say I'm surprised with the injuries either. It's pretty much a foregone conclusion that this team is going to be down one or two key players in the playoffs. Maybe it won't be the entire series but it'll probably be three or four games.

I was coming in here to post how I really think tonight we turn the corner for good. Then the first thing I see is J Brown may not play. WTF? We can easily survive one of Kemba or Brown being out. Both is a challenge.

What I fear is Tatum being doubled or at least heavily crowded. He passes. gets frustrated then forces things when others don't make shots. If there is ever a time we need Fournier to re-break out, it's this one.

Also if RW is able to play, he needs to start. his energy to start the game is BIG.

And of course Nesmith will go Nesmith.

Smart/Fournier/Nesmith/Tatum/Rob?

I can dig that for tonight, Pritchard off the bench to run the offense makes sense.

Other than TT and PP (sounds like we are in kindergarten LOL) who would you bring in first or play the most at the forward position??

If Brown can't go, I actually expect Grant or Semi to start. Stevens may want Nesmith to come in as the forward for Fournier or Tatum.

Probably out there. These guys play through injuries ALL THE TIME. Usually they maintain their quality of play straight through, or are close to doing so. When they can't stay close, it's time to sit.

If we assume the available trusted perimeter players are Smart, Pritchard, Fournier, Nesmith, and Tatum, can we get 48 minutes of PF play out of that specifically against Portland's roster?

Portland is playing well. Hard to see how the C’s match the scoring. Tatum and Brown probably have to score 35 points to even have a chance. The rest of the lineup is offensively challenged.
