It wasn't pretty. It was probably closer than it should've been.

But whatever. Nets were try-hards. They were tough, scrappy, hit some shots.

Not the kind of hard-fought game I expected against the shorthanded Nets, but I'll take the W.

I think we won this game when Jrue settled us down and got a few of our guys easy buckets in the fourth.

I looked at the box score at half time and was surprised to see that five Celtics had more rebounds than Tatum.

He finished the game with two more boards than the next closest teammate. His rebounding is super underrated, it’s so consistent.

Last season the Cs would've lost this game because they would've been down by 10 or more when the Nets hit the Cs with a barrage of 3s early in the 3rd.

But Jrue made sure that won't happen.

Jrue is not the type to just jack up a 3 when his team is down big.

What Jrue did was get in the paint and score 2s to stop the Nets run.
