Having said that, there was some nice ball movement by the C's at the end. Was it like that during the first three quarters? Why did we lose? (Sorry, I tuned in late.)

I didn't think we played awful but like vs Wolves I thought the other team was just a little more aggressive/focused/energetic. Then our shooting was terrible, just couldn't make shots. And the shot/usage distribution was off. And JB was rough. Pritchard too. And the refs were weird, calling everything that wasn't a foul and nothing that was.

It was just a choppy ass annoying game. KP was cool though I guess.

Not sure we can win a ton of games where JT is our 3rd option.

True.

It wasn't obvious when he was in his 4th or 5th year, but since he became the legit 2nd option, he really got exposed.

The guy still makes rookie mistakes in his 8th year in the league.

If he's not making shots, he's an absolute liability.

Yeah but think of all the learning opportunities to grow!!
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
Now, they're under-performing for their talent level.
You know who isn't under-performing?
That would be Philly and Denver.

Agreed. That said, I am going to enjoy his final season as a Celtic.

Yeah, the Celtics will have to learn that the hard way.

That's why I said the best chance to win in 2025.

The Cs are good enough now, but they have to figure it out.

Right now the pecking order is not yet defined.

Thank you. I guess I'm not looking forward to watching the highlights.

At least the Lakers are getting blown out by Houston.

Brown was bad, JT was passive, DWhite 6-18. Terrible 3 pt shooting. Good learning experience. Concerned about coaching.

Won’t win many games missing as many open looks as they did.

Tatum got shut out of the game by it as Nurse wasn’t going to let him do what he did in game 7 to Philly.

Brown has to be better. Forget about the contract, just go back to making threes and attacking downhill. He’s totally in his own head at the moment.

Porzingis great. Continues to show he will be so valuable come April as long as he stays healthy.

Horford has to start hitting some shots. Same with Pritchard. The bench needs offence, otherwise we will continually give up bad scoring runs like we did tonight.

Sky is hardly falling down. Wish some of you would calm the **** down.

Get real we have seen this for years now before joe with this team.

They didn't shoot this many 3's in 2020-21 and 2021-22.

Game was lost in the third, Sixers were begging us to take the lead and we refused to oblige.

On the upside, Hauser is legit anytime they run real stuff for him. Down three? He HAS to be in the game.

Yeah, even with Udoka the Cs were doing this kind of stuff.

Our offense was worse in 2020-21 and 2021-22 though.

Celtics were trailing by only 7 to 10 points but nobody bothered to push the pace and instead just walked the ball up the court. No sense of urgency from the players nor the coach, seeing as how Joe seems unbothered that they were trailing and the Sixers kept on scoring.

What's even more maddening is they showed they can put pressure on the Sixers as evidenced by the last 2 minutes, but decided to do it too late into the game to make a difference.

Celtics were lucky to lose by 3 on a night they had 14 less rebounds, shot 40% as a team and 31.9% from 3.

Still, those two missed dunks by Porzingis were inexcusable. He made 2 Free Throws on 1 of them, but an extra dunk and an And 1 would have sent this into overtime.

The Celtics are the better team. They just didn't shoot well.

Pritch's play this season has been disappointing.

I dare you guys to go look at Pritchard's last five games:
