If healthy, play all the games, except Al.

Cs need to make sure the game will be over by 3rd or early 4th qtr.

Taking this game lightly might result in a tight game and the starters will have to play extended minutes just to secure a win.

There's a bigger risk of injury if that's the case.

Cs entering this game with the #1 defense in the league (garbage time removed), per CleaningTheGlass.

Our coach again has nothing to do with this. Players just randomly coming up with coverages on their own.

Sit JB and Al in this game and everybody plays against Charlotte.

No no no, that’s all wrong.

They just started ignoring him the last few games, and that is why they started out the season so terribly, on both ends.

As much as I am obsessing about this team…..I can’t remember a Celtics game since 2008 that I’ve been less interested in watching. Reminds me a little of 1986 when so many games were boring to watch because the team was so good and the second unit was better than many other team's starters.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

I find this team way more interesting. Last year's team was a bit of a known quantity (except the coaching). The regular season was almost perfunctory. This year we have all sorts of fascinating stuff to watch: the new offensive options with KP and Jrue, the drama about the bench - will anyone emerge, the up and down nature of the team's focus on playing good offense vs. hero-ball, whether we can re-establish our defensive identity, etc. etc.

I'm all in.

I keep seeing 2008 brought up alot with this team. I refuse to compare them to 2008 unless they get a championship. It's disrespectful otherwise, in my book. Especially 12 games into the regular season. They haven't done s*** yet.

But like, that’s how things work lol. You can say they remind you of 07-08 so far, doesn’t meant they are a lock to win the title.

Just sit the game out. No need to risk aggravating injury in a November game against one of the worst teams.

Plus the last time we were without Smart and Brown in a game vs. MEM, this happened...

Put them away early. Another game in Charlotte tomorrow.

We might see Queta for the first time.

I still think it's silly. People were comparing the teams before the season even started and after just a few games in. That's not even a big enough sample size even if you wanted to ignore the title part of it.... But I mean hey, go ahead. I just think it's silly to do at this point.

Yeah I wouldn't mess with it. Groin injures can linger for awhile. Best to sit him for the time being.

Ive yet to really compare them to the 08 team, I’m just saying people always make those kind of comparisons lol.

Plus, 08 celtics? Pass, this is the new 86 Celtics, 72-10 Bulls, 73-9 warriors.

IDK. I mean the 2008 Team was what it was. Everybody could see early on that they were something special.
And now, even members of that 2008 Team have said that this Team (2024) is reminiscent of that year.

They didn't Win the Championship, until the last Game. But, we had high hopes, long before that.
And the current Team is like an Average of 7-8 years younger. They have that Specialness about them.

Let's just watch, and hope that all this translates into a Ring.

Psshh comparing them to past teams… amateur stuff. I say they are like the 2043-2044 Celtics or the 2079-2080 spurs
