The Celtics lead the league in pullup 3-pt attempts at 14.4 per game. Only make 31.4% of them. No team attempting double-digit pullup 3s are shooting worse than 33% on them.

Take less (in favor of C&S 3s) or make more. Either would improve our overall 3-pt shooting. The Celtics are already 5th in catch-and-shoot 3-pt attempts and 3rd in C&S3FG%.

I'm not fussed. I'd imagine he's not getting minutes until he shows improvements in training, likely in offense in some way.

He is useful as he is now situationally as another defensive body against guys like Giannis, but unless he improves offensively I'm not sure why people are pining.

I guess too often the fantasy is better than the reality.

I suck at basketball (except shooting and illegal contact based defense), I must have a massive approval rating.

Could easily seeing this being a 1-3 stretch against CLE and Orlando. Fingers crossed but don’t love a lot match ups in the east right now for us and we’re due for a poor stretch.

I'm the opposite. We've already had a long stretch of blah basketball the past month or so. Just winning 'cos we've defended better this season than early last season. I expect some dominant bball for once, esp now that we're healthy.

FUN FACT: Donovan Mitchell (10-4) has the highest win % among all active players that has played 10+ games against the Celtics. Also has the highest win % against Tatum (9-4).

When our starting five has been available, they've only lost one game (11-1) and they've only lost a cumulative stint in one game (vs. MEM).

A quarter into the season, that Celtics 5-man lineup still leads the league in net rating (min 150 possessions):
