Shai tier above cos he actually plays D. Hali over Fox cos he’s a special playmaker.

I need to see if Fox’s leap with his three ball and pull-up is for real. If so, he jumps up a considerable amount.

Still behind Shai and Hali though lol.

Just to be clear, we’re only talking about reg season here. Need to see what they can do in the playoffs (with better team composition).

Agreed. People don’t take playoffs into account with unproven players. It’s where weaknesses get magnified for the whole world to see. Then other teams try to mimic those coverages, as Celtics fans know well lol.

I agree. Shai is mvp good. Hali the better playmaker, still inconsistent at times. Fox is a shade below hali right now. Fox and Shai mid range game is unstoppable.

Points in the paint allowed by the Bucks defense the last five games: 64, 64, 64, 70, 72. Yikes.

A lot of teams struggling to hit 100 recently, get that 2003 ball out of here.

Sixers the only threat to the Cs IMO.

If Cs get past the Sixers, it's Banner 18 to the rafters.

I still don't completely count out the Bucks, they will figure their defense out.

If and it is a big if but if miami pulls off a Legit trade by the deadline I still fear them more.. Example if somehow they got damada Rosen to team up with Butler. I would be scared.. Especially since I consider Spo having a major coaching advantage..

You said we would sweep the Heat last year, so we gotta take this with a grain of salt

As far as m v p goes I actually have hali over s g a.. Both are super star level players. But just the way hali
gets everyone involved while not dominating the ball is amazing.. The ball is in his hand so much and hardly has turnovers is ridiculous..

It's about personnel.

A guy like Dame does not want to play defense.

No matter how good the defensive schemes, if your personnel are not defense oriented then it won't work.

What makes the Celtics great on defense this season is all 5 of their starters are good to great defensive players.

There is no solution to the Bucks defensive problems because of Dame.

You don't have to believe everything I say, but the evidence is there.

Cs already lost to the Sixers this season.

And the last time they met, the Celtics barely beat the Sixers even without Embiid.

Celtic players have a hard time attacking the paint because Embiid is a great rim protector.

Those drives by JT and JB are not as efficient because they really get bothered by Embiid.

He was drafted.

More than 10 teams passed on him.

Kings/Magic was a wonderful game. Light the Beam.

Return to Boston Celtics
