2-0 at home to start a series! I used to pray for times like these man. 2 wins away from the finals, starting to get chills. We’re right there for the championship

The 2nd half really felt like the dominant Celtics team all season. Every starter eating. PP cooking. Great performance

Holiday really been balling this series. It’s been great to watch. White looked much better today. Tatum went from awful to good in the 2nd half.

Brown with the masterpiece, man deserves all the flowers in the world. Underrated af to not have been all nba which I thought was a lock smh

Impressive win. They aren't even at the highest level yet. Hope they get to that level when it counts. They are really good. B games are double digit wins

Jaylen Brown easy VC, he was outstanding tonight. Tough for CP for me between DWhite and Jrue. Going to go with DWhite. Brissett added a ton of energy, much needed.

Tatum played well the last part of the 3rd and the 4th. Hopefully he shakes off whatever he is going through. Celtics need him.

Most important Celtics up 2-0!!!!!!!

Let’s Go Celtics!!!!!!!

Jaylen starting to make me eat my words, something I’ve been wanting him to do consistently for years now. Tastes good. Keep feeding me Jaylen! I’ve been a Celtics fan for 40 years this year. My first memories of watching basketball were the 1984 playoffs. That’s when I fell in love with the game and with the Celtics. It’s an absolute TRAVESTY this organization only has one championship in the last 38 years. I don’t care how we do it, but give this lifer another thrill gents! It’s long overdue.

Celtics outshot Indiana, got 3 more rebounds, 6 less turnovers, 7 less fouls. All in all, a 16 point win never in doubt. Despite All NBA play by Jaylen Brown, an All-Star performance by White, near All-Star by Holiday, the rest of the team was needed to bring this home. Tatum's offense and defense, despite a seeming off game, was crucial, so was Big Al's contribution which was great for 25 minutes. Even Pritch and Brisset had good games. It's fun when 7 guys play well.

An Alternative View:

Pts. + Rebounds + (0.5*Assists) + Steals +(0.5*Blocks) - Missed Field Goals - (0.5*Missed Free Throws) - Turnovers - (0.5*Fouls)

+28.5 Jaylen Brown 37 minutes
+22.5 Derrick White 36 minutes
+20 Jrue Holiday 37 minutes

+15 Jayson Tatum 42 minutes
+14 Al Horford 25 minutes
+11.5 Payton Pritchard 19 minutes
+8 Oshae Brissett 12 minutes

+6.5 Sam Hauser 22 minutes
+2.5 Svi Mykhailiuk 1 minute
+1 Luke Kornet 5 minutes
0 Xavier Tillman 3 minutes

Team Total = 129.5

G1: +20 w/ JT ON floor, -15 w/ JT OFF floor.
G2: +0 w/ JT ON floor, +16 w/ JT OFF floor.

Teammates answered the call, esp JB. This is also why SBOBO Brad is Executive of the Year. So many weapons. Role guys contributed without having to score. Need Joe to trust them a bit more.

I have to admit it’s kind of nice not splitting games at home. Brown, gets it but holiday, white were great And I’m glad JT got into it as well.

It seems like Carlisle gave up on the game too soon, though especially with Siakam absolutely killing it.

Jaylen playing like he wants it, and looking like 1st team all nba right now. Kornet, Hauser and Mazzulla that's a different story.

Al only played 24m but I thought it was really good. He had 10 rbs and 2stls. didn't have to play forever to impact the game. good job getting him rest Brissy/Joe.

BRISSY was a good boost of energy! man, we needed that pop!! THANK YOU for being ready sir!!

This series is over if Haliburton can't recover in time for G3. Leg injury? Hope he's fine though.

Brown for VC hands down and Jrue for CP. Jrue is playing his best basketball of the season just at the right time.

JB was on one! Gave CP to Luke for getting hurt and forcing Joe to try Brissett.
Kidding-ish. Hope Luke is ok.

Some numbers other than 40 for #7:

Horford 25 minutes.
Brissett +18.
Holiday 10 assists and only 1 miss.
Pritchard 12 points on 6 shots.
Derrick White got his three pointer back, going 4 for 8.

Tatum did well at center. He played a long stretch at that position.
