Oh Man. Smooth. Queta is just a Smooth-minded player.
I can see him working his way up to being a Starter.

Just don’t like his non existent rim protection. He is getting attacked inside and jumping on all fakes.

His rim protection is good.

Still has the tendency to jump on fakes, but you can see opposing players having a hard time shooting over Q inside the paint.

Just needs more experience.

Even against Indy you could see the Pacers having a hard time scoring inside when Q was put in and the Cs came back to tie the game in regulation.

Yeah. Queta needs more burn.
Only 1 way to gain Experience.

True.

It's also good Joe is not being stubborn by not playing him after a good showing the previous game.

We'll see if Q continues to get minutes tomorrow.

JB didn't shoot the ball well, but he was productive.

He was the one abusing Melo all game long.

Scal said JB now has a similar style to Jimmy Butler.

I think JB is a smaller version of Shawn Kemp because of the combination of power and finesse.

JB has also fixed the 2 main issues about his game.

He's improved his FT shooting and doesn't commit as many stupid mistakes now.

This will be another All-NBA season for JB.

Those dumb moves and stupid mistakes were part of why the Celtics couldn't win a chip before Jrue came on board.

Right now the Celts even keeled and not too emotional.

I thought JB was better today. Played downhill, got the Hornets in the penalty and was play making. Tatum had a great first quarter but i think Brown was better for longer streches

I'm fine playing Queta to see if he can improve and to save wear and tear on Al (Queta was really bad in the first half, better in the second half) but I'm surprised so many of you seem to think he's a better option than Kornet. It's not close. Especially defensively. Luke is also a better finisher than Queta.

I didn't see the game tonight, but Queta seems to be outperforming Tillman. I think Kornet vs Queta is probably Kornet in 60-70% of matchups and Queta in the rest; there are just certain matchups where Kornet gets eaten up by the physicality.

I think some people are blinded by athleticism and ignore half the amazing plays from Queta are him making up for being out of position in the first place. Luke is boring and solid, so many little things that can go unnoticed.

No doubt because of the athleticism Queta has more upside and should be played when possible, but not enough respect being given to Luke.

He can definitely improve. Probably thru more playing time.

Tillman can’t rim protect and is slower than Queta, but he is the better shooter and has more experience. I think it depends on the matchups. If opposing teams are faster and more athletic, Queta gets more burn than tilman. I love than queta gets to play now. Front court would be loaded if Zinger comes back.

Luke is great and solid, has more experience and knows the drills. Played better than Queta today, but against IND Luke had trouble and Queta was great
Happy we have both for the versatility and wishing Joe will continue playing Queta in meaningful minutes. Same with Walsh (was really solid today)

As for JB - he played great today - abusing everybody in the paint. I just wish he would work on his 3 point shot with JT's coach - 1/21 in the last 3 games is brutal.

Yep, JB played great today after an uneven 1st stint in the 1st (mostly missing his threes, now 1 out of last 24 or something ridiculous). Attack mode but not forcing the issue and actually looking for the pass after drawing the defense. He got Walsh a couple of threes and had a couple of dumpdowns to their bigs. He was fantastic near the end on D with a couple of huge defensive stops on his own.

This was his 32nd 25/5/5 game. 5th most by a Celtics player since 1982-83 with such games (easy to guess the 4 ahead of him, all forwards).

Read on Twitter

Will Grant even have enough energy for tonight after that?

Also no question in my mind that was an intentional hit by Grant, anticipating the consequences of his actions.

No wonder why he was relaxed after the game.
