They are right, the cavs and even the knicks have been playing better than us. We are the defending champs, and we should be the class of the league. Also, i’ll take playing good basketball in december than playing meh.

Nobody is saying the Celtics are playing great in December.

The issue is demanding the Celtics dominate.

That's entitlement.

Maybe some can't see the bigger picture.

The Cs are very cautious this season.
If the player is a little hurt, they won't let him play.

Player management for the Cs this season is to the max.

And the players don't play hard because it's obvious they still have championship fatigue.

Dude you’re really delusional. Going on the road to face the cavs in the playoffs won’t be an easy picnic trust me. Playing it safe is not the way you win Championships. Either way this team better pick it up. Rough stretch here and probably time to man up.

Stay away from talking about Posters, and stick to the Subject matter.

In a 7 game series

JT/JB > Any other duo in the playoffs

The biggest difference will be the Jays playing 40 minutes or more and Joe only playing 8 players.

Cavs are using a 10-man rotation.
That's what's been working for them right now.

Not sure the Cavs will change that in the playoffs.

Right now it will be Cavs bench vs. Celtic bench.

But in the playoffs, Cavs bench will be facing both Jays 90% of the time.

So good luck with bench guys guarding both Jays.

The Celtics might not be the Cavs or the Thunder but at least we're not the Kings or the Suns or the Wizards. I like where we're at. Let's see what the team can do once Porzingis and Hauser are fully back. Sam's getting there. Holiday still needs his rest here and there. Horford too. C's still haven't played a full game with their top 8 guys and we're almost halfway through the season. AND YET, have the 3rd best record in the league. That's not nothing.

EDIT:
C's are on pace to come up with their 2nd best regular season in franchise history, per BBRef's SRS after coming up with their best regular season in team history. How disappointing.

Sixers vs. Cavs in the 1st round should be fun.

That's if Embiid is healthy.

LOL. I'd never heard of this play.

This may also be the first time I've gotten a YouTube link from an obituary.

Instead of Lonnie Walker, Brad should sign Lance Stephenson.

I personally believe the Celtics and Knicks are the two best teams in the east. If all teams are fully healthy I don't think the Cavs would prevail in a best of 7 series against either one. Especially the lack of height and defense on the perimeter will hurt the Cavs badly against the Celtics. The Cavs give me Steve Nash-Phoenix Suns vibes---high tempo great offense in the regular season but once defenses tighten up in the playoffs they will face the same problems they have faced in the recent past.

I'm also more of a load management type of guy. I personally do not think too highly of HCA. Yes there have been series in the past where HCA turned out to be essential to the outcome, but many more series where it didn't. I take an 8 healthy rotational players over HCA any day of the week. So in that regard I'd agree with the Celtics approach.

You think the Celtics have played championship style basketball? I don’t. Not shooting it well this year . Taking over 50 3s per game is not pro basketball.

Stop telling me what i am. I don’t waive the pom
Poms. Celtics should be on top of the division but they have played like crap. They have underperformed to this point to be honest.

Knicks playing great and they are not on top of the division.

The game evolves.

Back in the 1990s, Zone Defense is not pro basketball.
