Even though everybody got their bag, don’t be surprised if the potential sale is on everybody’s mind. There’s been a disconnect for a few months now.

38 t percent and 28t percent at home against one of the worst defenses in the league.. And somehow we couldn't take a vantage of trey young playing defence??
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

I mean they smoked Orlando last night.
They were garbage today but I’m chalking this one down to it being a back to back.
There were some awful mental errors and some horrific shooting.
The problem is this team simply keeps falling back to its bad habits and it’s been that way for like two months that’s why they’re playing 500 ball.
They literally lost to a team that shot 24% from three this game that’s awful

I like Queta but how can Xavier Tillman — WHO PLAYED FINALS MINS— be unable to get any run in a game like this! Plus no Walsh minutes. Last year Svi and Oshae woulda combine for 17 in a game like this!
Because Xavier is terrible. But so is Queta so….
We have exactly one good backup big in Kornet. That’s it. And he is very limited in what he can do, especially come playoff time. The two bigs in front of him? Old man Horford and Glass Joe. Ruh roh!

When you watch few minutes of Kornet dropping balls for no reason you start to forget how bad Queta is. This teams needs better bigs.

I wouldn't go that far.
You really think the Celtics would sit both Al and KP in a playoff game just for rest.
This is on the Celtics prioritizing rest instead of a regular season win.
Luke will not get more than 10 minutes of playing time if both Al and KP are healthy.
And no way Q will even play in the playoffs.
Would it even matter with this team? Even with Horford and KP, they’re not playing well.
There’s something off with this team and I was starting to wonder if the coaching is starting to play a part in that

Yeah I don’t understand why Tillman is in the doghouse.
I also don’t understand why Kornet got benched late. He is a much better player than Queta.
Queta does a couple of exciting things but always ruins it by doing so many basic things wrong. His attempt at that last rebound was comically bad.

Re: Cold Shooting Celts Can't Warm Up The Hawk Noodle Soup! Loss vs ATL 1/18
This should be AOS easily.
That was one of the most pathetic L’s I’ve ever seen this team take. The turnover by Jrue, the foul up 3 instead of just defending the **** play for a lousy 11 seconds and Tatum curling at the FT line followed by Holiday again fouling like an idiot is crazy.
Nobody can watch that game and tell me this team is well coached or is prepared out there. just awful. Awful.
Now the idiot is at the podium saying he’s as excited as ever. What a **** idiot man, I can’t anymore with this guy.

Yup!
I don't know why an 89% FT shooter would give up the ball to a 76% FT shooter.
It would have been much easier if Jrue just scored as he was open on that play.
The foul up two was even worse.
True.
But things like this happened last season and the Cs were able to correct it in the playoffs for one of the best postseason runs by a team in NBA history.
Guess this just one of those bumps in the road that the Cs need to pass through to get to the ultimate goal.

Lol there are definitely people out there who thinks this team is well coached.. That might be the real sad part.

Yep, Kornet's hands are loose, and he repeatedly demonstrated the lack of ability to hold onto the ball tonight. Trust me, he drives me crazy with those Bad Hands.

I’m also feeling Drew Carter is a mush. 8 losses already with Drew at the table. 4 losses at home last year with Mike at the table.

If the Celtics trade Jrue and Springer now, the core of JT, JB, KP, White, PP, and Sam can be kept intact until the end of the 2025-26 season.
If the Cs wait until the end of this season to go under the tax line, Cs would have to give up Jrue and Sam or move JB.
This is going to be real interesting, especially if the Celtics are sold before trade deadline.

Sure but it’s a back to back.
Plenty of bizarre things happen on the second night of back to backs.
Especially when you rest your two good bigs.
I’d rather make my judgement once I see what happens over the next month when we play a heap of good teams.

Luke was terrific for much of this game.
Queta is mostly clueless and the Hawks cooked him twice on high PnRs in OT.
He's a developmental guy destined for Europe. He's not a real player.

Luke was good on offense but defensively.I think you really need to rewatch this game.
I mean you guys seem to love joe and even he put luke to the bench.
