Watching this guys YouTube highlights posted earlier, all I see is ham and eggs in human form. Colour me un-enthused.

INteresting. I was pretty impressed by the skill level and mobility for a 6'11" big. Good footwork. Has a bag of moves, fakes, spins, up and unders, etc. Good fundamentals.

He also can shoot it from 3 a bit, which is good since our offense generates lots of 3PA..and as of now Garza is basically our only big on the team who can shoot 3's.

Seems to be good at converting his touches near the basket into made FG's, using skill, craft, size and touch.

And between the fact that he's only 26 yrs old + the fact that he was buried on the bench on a wolves team that had tons of big man depth, it's likely that Garza has some untapped upside.

Especially given how cheap the contract is, it's a low risk, high reward pickup.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Luka will do what Pierce, Garnett, and Kornet could never do: lead the Cs to multiple titles

The first one is easy
The second one is Garza

If a college player can win the player of the year award, that's one heck of a ham and egger.

If Luka gets a chance in Boston and plays maybe 10 minutes a game, that would be good. But who am I to put limits on Luka. Go chase your dreams and ball out.

He has a reputation for playing hard.
So does Baylor, Hugo, and the short white kid, and Niang, and Simons (just kidding with that last one:)

There are far worse things to prioritize in who you bring in.

Describing him as a shorter Enes Freedom who occasionally hits a 3 seems pretty right on

He does have a good wingspan

Let’s put it to use defensively!

I basically know nothing about the kid, but looking at the stats it doesn't seem like a good sign that he has been in the league four years and a lot of his stats appear to have been regressing each year.

I don't think I have ever seen Garza play non garbage minutes ever since he joined the Timberwolves.

I always hated the real Vucevic for how poor of a defender he is. I hope Garza's ceiling is higher than that when it comes to defense.

Short white kid? You talkin' bout Payton that way?

You'd better not be talking about Mr. Shulga like that. He just measured 6'4.25" without shoes at the combine. That would be the same as Jrue White. An eighth of an inch less than Drake Maye and a quarter of an inch less than Derrick White.

Now, the Celtics have to acquire a player named Tom, who's a Foodie, so you can play Tom's Diner, another brilliant hit by the wondrous Vega.
