He doesn't get a pass. We all killed Smart for his inefficient scoring . When you are very likely the worst shooting starter in the entire league right now you deserve criticism.

He came in in the 1st quarter, got bullied, turned it over, got bullied again and Joe benched him after 4 min for all of the first half

They suck when face a decent team because they aren’t a good enough team right now.

JB is at an all nba level, but White and Pritchard have been mediocre and Simons doesn’t look comfortable in his role. Queta better than expected, but we get nothing out of Garza, Boucher, Tillman. Hauser been awful IMO.

White’s been bad. He’s a better player than this, as is PP. I expect him to play better going forward.

It's just too early to come to a conclusion.

Even in this game the Cs were in it until Mynot and Queta made blunders.

Brad is not done, so until the trade deadline passes, this is not the final product, so to speak.

I think the team plays hard, but they just don’t have the roster to compete consistently with a decent team.

If Mazzulla wants to improve this team then the very first place to start should be never play Hauser, Simons and Garza together again. Not 1 more minute the rest of the year. That lineup is a disaster.

That would be a great place to start.

You add Tatum right now and we win another 15 ganes, that is the difference between lottery and probably home court in the first round. How I see it is this current team will win around 35 games. With JT they’d win 50-55 and with guys like Jrue and KP on top of that they win 60+ as they did the last two years.

We played hard. I don't think that the Minott TO and the miss by Queta lost the game.
The young players get more experience when the game was on the line
We were toe to toe with them when Walsh and Hugo were playing.

Joe managed the game poorly IMO. The lineup that dug the hole in the first q was the one that ended the game and blew it up. The defense was bad. Especially on the 3 pt line. Also, there were like 3-4 and1 plays at the end on the game. In the 80's there was no such thing as and1. If you foul the ball doesn't go above the rim.

Boucher a DNP and Hauser with another bad game on both ends.
We are small and weak when he plays the 4. We can't win if he play the 4 and is not on fire (which is like 1 in 10 games right now). I'd rather play the kids and let them burn than watch Hauser brick 3s or getting abused on defense.

Joe has a really lng way to go in game management
