There are a few 2nd-round picks who hit really big, like Jokic or Marc Gasol (who was a key trade piece for the team that first drafted him). Ainge hasn't had one of those. But BBD, Powe, Semi and so on give him a decent 2nd-round track record even so.
I do agree that those successes haven't been all that important ... and by the way, Ainge has been pretty free to trade his 2nd-round picks away.
That is one of the worst track records in the league, he got that in over 15 years, and it's not like asking to get an all-star with second rounds, just good bench players, or to get a starter in over 15 years like most teams do.
Abdel Nader, E'twaun Moore & Kadeem Allen say hi

Oh well, I guess you gotta go through all the second round picks who've hit and make a percentage list, and also a definition of when you really hit. Unless you've done that you're just talking with your anti DA-goggles on.
Ask and ye shall receive.
This is Ainge's entire draft history.
My methodology removes players we drafted for another team as part of an already agreed upon trade, and includes players another team drafted for us as part of an already agreed upon trade. (This leads to some strange cases like excluding Jeff Green, since we drafted him for Seattle, even though we clearly also liked him as well, since I can't know for sure if he was actually going to be our guy at #5. But every method has flaws and I think this is the least flawed.)
