He does most of the things that Brad demands from his players. Brad gives you the feeling that you have to earn minutes. If you make a bad pass or a poor defensive move, he'll sub you. Poku has the potential to accept these challenges from Brad to keep his playing minutes and perhaps might even be a starter in the future. If Theis can earn a starting position eventually then Poku has a big chance as well.
