I like Portland. Roy, Outlaw, and Aldridge are all impressive. They weren't going to win the championship this year anyway, so it might help them in the long run to have Oden sitting out this year. Maybe they can pick up an elite pg in the draft.

I can't blame you. Getting all but one call (Jack shouldn't have gotten those points) would make me feel good too.

Winning does feel great. A lot better than losing.

I wanted to thank you though. I was actually feeling pretty civil with Blazer fans. But your trolling has reminded me why their is a lot of hate between our two boards.

You guys are a top 4 team in the league. Yeah I'm whining, the calls were terrible down the stretch, and Garnett didn't seem as classy as he used to be.

You're going to go far this season, best of luck.
Thank you for all the memories BRoy. You were a class act and brought hope to an entire region for 5 years. You will be missed.

BTW, does Roy's game remind anytone else of Ray Allen? Roy drives to the cup a little stronger than Ray does, and doesn't have Ray's 3-stroke. But the way Roy's handle, and he has deceiving speed and can pull up from mid-range on a dime like Ray can.

Good game, guys. Wish we could have beaten you, but we have the game coming up on our home court which should be a doozy.

As for the Portland fans complaining about the refs, that seems to be the call of the fan of the losing team these days. We didn't lose because of the refs; we lost because you guys tighted the screws in the fourth and we didn't respond. The better team that I saw on the court tonight won it, and that team wasn't the team of referees.

I realize that the blazers lost tonight and it's kind of disappointing for us blazer fans but don't get ahead of yourself. Boston has had an amazing run thus far and is looking like the early favorites in the east to go to the NBA finals.

Good game fellas. I knew you guys wouldn't have a losing streak for long, I just hoped it wouldn't end against us :) You're a good team, definitely better than us right now. Good luck the rest of the season (except when you play us! ;) )

Portland is so nasty, Roy is a stud. I don't think LMA is as good as advertised, especially when they think he'll be better than Big Al.

Is Ray finally out of the slump? Can we get back to blowing teams out?

Was Dallas the best team in the league last year?

That's an interesting comparison. I live in Seattle and have seen Ray a lot, and never really thought of it. In general, though, I think the major difference is that Roy seems a lot more comfortable distributing the ball than scoring, and will often make plays to draw defenders so he can kick it out, while Allen more frequent to create a shot directly.

good game guys.
seems like the more aggressive team pulled out the win, which was u guys.
there were some iffy calls from the refs, but that wasnt the reason u guys won.

i,however, have to say that kg talks a bit too much trash. he wasnt like that before.

not so much calls, but just let the teams play. it just seems these days that the flow of games are killed by refs. call hard ones but let them play.

the NBA of today is weak.

I think KG talks more and yells more at himself. if you look, guys dont get mad at him. he does trash talk but not most of the time.

Nice game, Boston. I was extremely impressed with your defense tonight, KG was the center of it all but that whole squad is playing with intensity at the defensive end. I will admit that I was frustrated with what I perceived to be some star calls, but overall Boston deserves all the credit for playing a great game. Once Ray Allen was on, no one could stop him.

I'm proud of the way the Blazers played. They were definitely not at their best, committing way too many turnovers, but they managed to keep it close in a hostile environment. A fun game to watch, I was impressed with both teams.

Well I can't say I liked Doc much down the stretch once again tonight, but at least Ray got hot tonight and we pulled out the victory.

We had a thread on our own board about how people need to stay classy on other teams boards.. Sorry, it looks like some forgot to read it. As much as I have my own feeling about how that game went, we didnt deserve that game. We didnt grab rebounds when we needed to, and made stupid unforced turnovers. Congrats on the win.. Good luck until the next meeting
