So there are a lot of guys here who think Westbrook to Boston is basically done. Nothing official, but enough chatter that it could be true.

On the flip side, one guy heard one Brooklyn pick to OKC for Westbrook and the other Brooklyn pick to LAC for Griffin. But I can't figure out that salary matching for the life of me. Without completely dumping all the depth of course.

Interesting if anything. Yeah, hard to see how the salaries would match up.

Amir + Crowder works for Griffin.
Smart, Jerebko, and S&T'd Zeller for Westbrook.

I run stuff through the trade checker and it works all the time maybe it is broken.

I had Jerebko (5) and Bradley (8) going to LAC for Griffin (20) and Smart (3.4) and Amir (12) to OKC for Westbrook (17.8). In my trade Boston is are about 3.3 mil of the 125% rule of outgoing salary, but both OKC and Boston are starting this trade under the cap so they lots of options as far as how to structure the trade. If Boston gets the two Euro first rounders off the cap, signs Brown, and renounces Zeller they are actually at about 11 mil under the cap add that to the 28.5 mil outgoing and you have a trade.

They wouldn't. He's salary filler. Think Bogans in the KG/Pierce to Nets trade. At best, he's emergency big man depth.

Someone mentioned the Clippers want another center, this was in the Gay to LAC version.. And Zeller with only one year guaranteed = cap room.

Bradley would be the ideal guy to pair with Westbrook IMO. Good shooter, doesn't need the ball. Can take the bigger threat of the opposing teams 1-2. If I have to send Bradley or IT out in the deal I'm sending IT.
