Dude makes like 6 million this year, likely more than he'd get as a free agent. He is fine.

To do what with exactly spend a good portion of it on Rozier?

Sign Vuc and Rozier. Meh

That would be a disaster of a signing if it's more than 2 years.

I'm really disappointed with this draft and with the trades we've made, but who am I to question anything? Do whatever you want Danny Ainge, it's your job not mine.

How much space we have now?

Around 25m? Not sure who the target will be. Hopefully nothing long term.

You realize the shooting guard we drafted is 215 pounds, almost the exact same height, and with a 6'11" wingspan.

Dude if you want to talk him up then do so, but don't ignore his obvious flaws.

He played in the post and passed out of it in college as a playmaker. That worked in college and likely won't work in the NBA. He has trouble with the idea of hitting 3 pointers.

Maybe he works maybe he doesn't but don't just try to ignore his obvious flaws or say that they aren't by comparing him to one of the most athletic freaks the NBA has seen in the draft since LeBron and act like it's reasonable to mention Williams who legit flaw is he might not have the athleticism to play in the NBA. That isn't anything but trying to lie.

He has plenty of positives, try to talk about them. His flaws are real, they're glaring, and rather obvious.

You feel free to compare him to our freakishly long guard and I'll counter with a comparison to Zion. Neither really matters because a 6'11" wingspan is fine for his position.

When you get to his flaws feel free to pick them out. Calling him fat and undersized...whatever. You don't like him and you want to ignore the positives. This is pointless.

Heading to bed. Good night guys.

If they snag Fernando or Edwards there with 33 that's really big
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

Celtics obviously didn't wanna add 3 1st round picks this season. There was talk about stashing one player. Instead, they traded down from #20 to #24, picked up a good 2nd (#33). Then used that pick to clear $5.4m and got a future late 1st. So not only did they moved one 1st to next season, they cleared cap space. Tell me again how clueless Ainge is.

It's a seriously awesome trade. I have no idea what the Suns are doing.

True. But it's really just delaying salary since we can always go over the cap to sign draft picks if we're planning on making a big move this year.

Can not like this post enough. No matter what Ainge does tonight 75% of the board will go crazy and want him gone. Picks a 19 yr old 6-6 SG who averaged 17 and 6 on a torn thumb all year who gets to the line and has a high ceiling. Grant Williams was 2x SEC POY and a first team all american and also gets to the line and is a versatile defender. Those are good picks at 14 and 22.

How's Langford's playmaking? Maybe Edward's 33.

Interesting to take role player like William's, fits more with win now, or at least glue off the bench.

Couple that with cap clearing , sounds like something brewing.

Or Ainge just falling back to his non shooter guard, u undersized PF habits after everything falls apart.

Yeah, he gets to play in Phoenix for half a season, get bought out and go to a contender. Boohoo for him.
