I'm speaking moreso towards Brown.

Tatum is fringe top 10 at best, with top 5 seeming pretty inevitable. That's all good. That's your guy. But he needs a guy who is capable of being the best player on a playoff team because that's what today's NBA climate of superteams require.

That's a hell of a chance to take. I'd prefer proven talent, every single time.

Eh I was memeing with the Top 5 thing and Tatum.

I don't know **** about college players.

But I know a first round pick, even literally the last pick of the round is 100 times more valuable than two useless second round picks.

You pick best player available and take a flier there.

Makes me sick.

Okay, Grant Riller or Paul Reed would be good here.

If you just hop into any game thread during the regular season. They're the ones saying people aren't fans because they're not happy when we're down 20 or we dare to mention one of our players who are playing like ****.

They claim you can't be a fan unless you have no thought in your head but cheerleader songs. They're easy to find and there are many.
Yup. This is exactly why I've distanced myself from this board. This is a board for die hards/fanatics, and non-likeminded fans are considered toxic. As for SMTBSI's question for posters such as this, how about posters like Homerclease? He is a textbook example of the behavior you describe.

That dude has what seems to be a genuinely personal hatred of me and loathes my existence because of some Boston Celtics takes. Made things personal to the point where I had to report him and contact moderators over his childish behavior. It's pathetic.

It's funny. I've considered stepping away from this board a few times in the past two seasons for exactly the opposite reason. Because the game threads are overwhelmed by the negative fans, and the "die hards" are put on blast constantly and never given a moment's peace. And, while getting constantly clowned on in every thread, just like is happening right now, we simultaneously get told that somehow we're the problem.

How can that be? How can two groups of fans have such polar opposite experiences of this board? What does it say to you that there are fans who feel exactly the same way you do, but feel that you are the culprit instead of the victim?

How sure are you that you are right? That your perspective is the correct one?

My smart ass response is:

Because fans that act like pink hat red sox fans should feel that way on a board that involves analysis. So if they feel that way then that's great and a sign that some form of intelligent discourse is happening and is a positive.

I’m a diehard C’s fan but Tatum is Top 10 not 5

Not in order;
Bron
AD
Kawhi
Joker
Luka
Giannis
Lillard

Tatum is close but...

In other words, we lit a pick on fire, because Wanamaker is a no-doubt better player.

He plays nothing like TJ lol. McConnell couldn't shoot at all whereas Pritchard is one of the best shooters in the draft and was PAC-12 POY.

Just admit you haven't watched him it's fine. No need to pretend.

Stop bringing this BS up. McConnell shot 38% for his career in college on decent volume, the same as...Payton Pritchard.

McConnell is also a vastly better defender and a pure point. Pritchard has better scoring chops and can get to the tin better.

McConnell shot 32% 3PT his senior year on only 2 attempts per game.
Pritchard shot 41.5% 3PT his senior year on 7 attempts per game.

Where am I wrong?

Uhh McConnell shot 33% 3PT for his career. Where the fook are you getting 38% from?

He took 17 3PA his senior year at Arizona. How is that decent volume? That's 0.2 3PA a game. He took less than 1 three a game for his career. Pritchard shot 41.5% 3PT on 7 3PA last year.

You're the one just making **** up clown. I mean cmon man get outta here with that BS.

WTF are you talking about. 38% over 4 years on 350+ attempts.
