Good on Carlisle for calling out the officiating. I honestly can’t say I watched G2 of their series but G1; on top of just general incompetence and guess work really favored NY down the stretch.
Then you flip over to the blood bath that was Minnesota/Denver and it just makes no sense. The NBA is always a questionable product due to how much more the refs can influence the game with impunity, compared to other leagues.
Unfortunately for Indiana, the refs union will likely see that they’re punished for being upset and nothing will change.
Thibs is grinding down the Knicks. Having 4 of his guys running hard for 48 minutes is insane. We know Josh Hart is up for it … but what about the older guys like Josh Tiven, Marc Davis and Zack Zarba? I’m surprised they weren’t too winded to blow their whistles.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Why is the nba in such a youth movement lately? The best players are young except for the retreads (Jokic and Embiid). The best teams are lead by young guys. Still need vets on your team but man, the young guys are on one lately!

Not so fast!
If Luka and Kyrie get to the finals then the youth movement will be on hold for one more year.
And don't count out the Nuggets just yet.

I'm really looking forward to the Nuggets-Wolves game tonight. We will witness either an immense resurrection or collapse.

Doncic just turned 25 a couple of months ago... Although they say he's been moving like 40 since the first round due to a sprained knee.

Like I said,
Budenholzer's turn next!
Some advice, don't buy a home in Phoenix Bud, as long as Durant is on the team you won't be there long.

I saw an article where former NFL player Ochocinco said KD wants to go to Miami.

Yep, I said the best players, I took into account for Luka with that. I said you still need vets, Kyrie falls into that. Luka is mad young like Tatum and all the other best players in every team left except Denver. I’d call that a takeover by the young guys. Even Brunson is only 27. Giannis is 29, hanging onto “young” by a thread. This is one season but I don’t see it changing anytime soon. The old guys with anything left to say will be lbj/davis for a couple more years, jokic, maybe Embiid and if KL can ever bounce back a full season. Yeah, the kids have a stranglehold on the league. I’ll mention Curry, but I’m not sure they will do what they need to to bring GSW back to a threat in that stacked West.
