Brad has done everything right.. except for 1 thing.. that is gamble this terrific roster that he basically rebuilt with the Js. But gave the job to a young almost no experience coach who never looked ready to "lead" a championship level team to a title.

We will see by season end if that "gamble" still pays off.

I don't see what else he could do? Mazzulla found out days before, that he was going to be the Head Coach.
And, he made it to a Game 7, in the ECF. 1 Game away from the Finals.

Not too shabby.
The alternative this year, was to give the Celtics their 4th Coach in 4 years.
