I'd imagine Brad encourages him to shoot as he does with Smart. But really he needs to find his shot in the offense and not force it. Pass it multiple times and wait for your teammates to pass it back and encourage shots, etc....
Just seems so one dimensional or like a bull that sees red and charges....everything feels forced with tunnel vision.
