I’ve been thinking it’s turner this whole time but maybe it’s Warren and sign and trade for wood?

I really wonder who the Pacers and the league value more between Warren and Turner?

yep. and it's hurting our leverage.

They have no way to get him without our cooperation, and the only "credible" third destination remaining is New York.

We don't have all the leverage, but we've got enough to work with.

Pacers have no leverage. They are over the cap and can only get Hayward if they give us something we want unless Hayward is willing to go there for MLE.

Hayward ruling out cap space teams helps our leverage instead of hurting it.

Warren is a gunner/scorer. Not much else. Come on, he's younger but not better than Hayward even at this point of their careers.

Warren came on the last few months of the season, and especially in the bubble. He was the Pacers best player the last few months. Hayward was the 4th best player on the Celtics.

Says more about the rest of the Pacers players than Hayward, who at worst would be their 2nd best player once there (Sabonis being the 1st).

We have Kemba, Brown, and Tatum who are all better than what the Pacers have. Okay, maybe I take Sabonis over Brown, but that's it.

I think GMs see that we played our best basketball when Hayward was playing confident and involved. They bank that he can get a reset and play his best basketball post injury. And people might be suprised how much we will miss him.

His facilitator role was underrated for this team.

Everybody on ESPN tripping over themselves is pretty terrible television. The only thing that could make it worse is if they through Perk in there.

I mean it's pretty obvious: Danny is starting high, something like Turner/Warren/Future 2nd, knowing full well Indy will settle on something like Turner/Doug and maybe a future conditional 2nd, which Danny will be amenable to.

Bummed Atlanta got Bogdan, was hoping NY would.

Score 50 in the bubble and suddenly you're a franchise cornerstone lol.

Is this instead of Turner or in addition to him?

That's fair. I certainly agree with the last statement and wonder who is going to step up in that role when he's gone.

So Indy it is then, I stand corrected and admit I was wrong about New York. Only question now is what’s the package coming back

I really hope we're asking for Turner + Warren and the Pacers are countering with Turner + Holiday or something like that. Don't want this to end up with us getting like Holiday + McDermott or something
