I think we're like one of the few teams in the league who hasn't made a move this offseason. Except maybe the Cavs, and the Pacers, who were tied up trying to deal with us.

* I stand corrected. TT it is.

Good signing. would've prefered Ibaka. Tristan is a bit one dimensional.

But hey, we finally got a ffing rebounder!!!!!!!

Who is crapping on GH? People are all over Ainge because he has done absolutely nothing to improve this team thus far.

How much of it is on Ainge? Look at his Charlotte contract and let’s be honest.

For an S&T for a competitive contract, they would have to be at 30m of out going salary, given that IND only has positive assets, then they couldn’t pair Turner with junk.

Clearly DA did everything he could, but there was no deal to make.

And let’s be honest. Nobody wanted GH on a 4/120m
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
Co-sign.

Hopefully Boston and being around guys like Kemba can help wash that Cavs stink-stink off.

So we got a Kanter replacement that has Kardashian baggage and is a Rich Paul client.

Excellent. Ainge making the big splash. :nonono:

Complains about no moves. We make a move and he complains some more. You gotta love fans

$19 mill? This ain’t the move.

It’s a panic pivot after getting undressed by Hayward

return2glory wrote:I wonder what Ainge is thinking now? He went all in on Turner. Let’s face it, that had to be the reason he didn’t go for a big in the draft and gave Kanter away.

Unless the Celtics think Timelord and Tacko are ready for big minutes, Ainge f’d up. I don’t think this is the case because he was desperate for Milsap and now Ibaka.

He could have still drafted a big and kept Kanter. He wasn’t expecting Charlotte to come in and f up the potential Pacers/Celtics trade.

Ainge messes up big time. I’m not part of the crowd that wants him fired, but can’t can’t nlame those people for feeling that way either.

Any way you spin it, Danny went all in for Turner and thinking he is always going to get Warren and f’d up.

He was so sure he had the deal down that he got rid of Kanter for nothing. I know lot of people didn’t like Kanter here, but he was a walking double double, or best post player and one of the best rebounders in the league. And it was one game, but he outplayed AD and all the Laker bigs this year.

Ainge needs to own up to this mess.

Kanter was pur best rebounder and our only post up player. He doesn’t fit with Stevens’ style, but plays better with other coaches! He definitely punishes other teams inside once given the consistent minutes.
