Yeah, by all accounts a very good hire. Sounds like an up and comer in the coaching world.

Yeah, Jaylen aint getting traded lol Ime has mentioned him like 4 times.

He almost sounds nervous? Huge moment for him though, so cool.

"I'm gonna be on their ass" and "I like to bring the dog out of guys" are the highlights so far.

He just addressed that one. Without getting into specifics, he said given his history of a journeyman, his network is large and knows the energy he wants to bring in.

I think it's more introversion than nerves, but I may be wrong. He looks like someone who doesn't like to be in the spotlight.
