I have zero vax. fears personally, I got two jabs. But I try to. empathize with people who. are nervous, especially about mRNA. Like, the. history of vaccines is pretty good, side effects show up quick and bad batches get caught quickly. There was just one. in Japan where. there. were (harmless) stainless steel fragments, I think, in the mix. Excep* I do remember like, thalidomide - the wonder drug becomes the dangerous one.
It seems like, as much as we understand the enormous systemic complexity of the human body at the genetic and cellular and proteomic level at all, we have some grasp of how mRNA works, the concept of an mRNA vax was theorized and experimented with for years, there were trials I assume in mice etc. And "the vax changes your DNA" is nonsense like the micro-chip stuff. BUT: is there *any* chance that. providing alien instructions by mRNA to manufacture spike proteins could disrupt biological processes in some unexpected, unpredicted way that could manifest long-term? Like, rates of lung cancer .2 percent higher in people who. got the Pfizer over three decades?
I highly highly highly highly doubt it - bur WTF knows in 3 decades.
Thanks ex, although "God only knows" doesn't totally line up with "highly highly highly highly doubt"

It occurred to me that if they've done mRNA vax trials on mice they probably don't keep them around to old age to watch for emergent side effects...? It seems very unlikely, I agree, and it would likely be nothing. more. than a. very small e effect. but we could use like a Carl Sagan of mRNA to explain how much we know about the biological process and how definitively we know. Dr. Phil won't cut it.
I do know the mRNA leaves. the body very quickly, and there doesn't. seem to be any reason to think that "hijacking"/borrowing immune cells. to. crank. out. spike protein. would. like, destabilize. them to increase the likelihood of cancerous mutation or autoimmune disorders...
Tried. to sell a friend of mine on getting vaccinated, told him if. I convince him and we. all. have. ears. on our foreheads in ten months. I'll feel really bad
