I wouldn't imagine so, you have to remember both Brogdon and Rob are two of the most injury prone players this side of AD and Zion.
And if you're the Celtics would you rather have:
Homecourt advantage and 7 games with a hobbled Rob for 1 or 2 of them?
Or a fully healthy Rob for 6 games and on the road?
I would love to have homecourt advantage but nothing comes close to homecourt advantage. Especially when our options without Rob at Center are:
36 year old cheating athletic death Horford (good!) and.... umm.... 6'4" Grant Williams? G league level Kornet? I think that's it?
If anything I think it might be a wise move that if we can make it to a month away from the playoffs with a healthy Rob and Brodgon and Al Horford to just load manage them till the playoffs to make sure they're fresh for the playoff run when we truly need them.
The rest of our team aren't injury prone and are 20 something they can handle the load.
