Still a pretty high chance IMO this team makes it to the the finals, at least ECFs. No matter what anyone says, they will put the crap aside to win games in the end as professionals.

In that case, keep Tatum, maybe try and deal picks plus Jaylen for a All Star level PG. Is Lillard unrealistic? Maybe we could find a way to do a sign and trade with the Hornets for Kemba?
Anyways, we'd still have Tatum, Smart and Jaylen, with hopefully Hayward being closer to the level he was at before the injury, and a few very good assets. Not a terrible position to be in.

Kyrie could also stay even if we don't get AD. It could be enough if we make a good run this season with all the guys I mentioned looking good going forward. But let's face it, it's unrealistic. At this point it looks like the only chance to keep Kyrie is if we get AD. Or if somehow KD decides to stay in GS and Kyrie doesn't want to go to NY by himself.

I fear this may be coming next, to be honest. The plus side would be getting something back for Kyrie as opposed to a **** sandwich if he left as a FA.
