The original hot sauce always pointed to Turner.

Are the Suns still run by the people who paid to make Warren go away?
How about the ones who paid to make Morris Sr. go away some years earlier?

How much money going out from Indy would be needed to make this work?

Warren is a gunner/scorer. Not much else. Come on, he's younger but not better than Hayward even at this point of their careers.

Warren came on the last few months of the season, and especially in the bubble. He was the Pacers best player the last few months. Hayward was the 4th best player on the Celtics.

Says more about the rest of the Pacers players than Hayward, who at worst would be their 2nd best player once there (Sabonis being the 1st).

We have Kemba, Brown, and Tatum who are all better than what the Pacers have. Okay, maybe I take Sabonis over Brown, but that's it.

Says more about how much Hayward has declined as a player. He hasn’t been that good since Utah. Yes, a lot of that has been injuries. But he is nothing close to his Utah days.

Anyone else with us on Gordo is still a really good player island???

Never left the island, was raging on the island when people slandered Brad for playing him to early instead of those lockerroom cancers Morris and Irving.

I've been taking hits on that island all year long.

Hayward > anything we'll get back

though right now:

positive assets > losing Hayward for nothing > anything we'll get back
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

I am. I just can't shake the feeling that it's time to move on from him. He was a great signing at the time that just didn't work out.

Warren for Hayward is lateral move for Indy. Forget about that kind of return.

Depends on Hayward's 1st year salary. If it's $20M, then Indy needs about $16M going out.

Lamb + McDermott is in play lol.

Hopefully its Turner or Dipo. Olidipo keeps the salary spot nice and warm and Turner would be a legit force for the Celtics.

Me. And it's silly how fans pretend a guy is damaged goods and not worth anything while pulling out all the stops to get him.

I promise you GMs are not negotiating in such bad faith. Playing hardball, sure, but they're smart enough to know the other guy is smart enough to see through such sophomoric tactics.

If you want Gordo at the $ value he's going to demand, it's because you think he's still good, and there's no sense in pretending you don't.

I'm pretty sure we've asked but I'm not sure if they told us to go stick our heads in a wood chipper.

That island would be the size of all of Australia. When healthy and confident he’s still a total stud. Happened for like 20-30 games over the course of three years, but I’m glad I got to see them. I like to watch.
