The most important thing to come out of this, they will hire a coach that is a better fit for the players.

Anyone else believe Ainge was fired/asked to step down? Not by choice?

That's not surprising. The team seemed to have tuned Stevens out a while ago and easily took 10 to 15 games off this year.

You should probably read shams tweet with your Jedi mind tricks or something

I will stick with Woj for now, I think, with everything happening so quickly that some assumptions are being made.

I cannot see them granting brad that kind of a promotion, that is just insane.

Going from coach to Austins job is a HUGE MASSIVE promotion.

**** no to Kidd and Pierce, hopefully it's just the organization doing their due diligence in seeking out candidates

**** no to both of them

You **** kidding me? Did we desecrate some Indian burial ground that all these misfortunes are piling up on us? Goddammit

If we hire any of those two I'm done. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD TRACK RECORDS, WHY ARE THEY CANDIDATES

Yeah i'd prefer Billups to those guys but to play devil's there was a guy named Belichick who had a pretty bad track record before being hired as HC the NEP.

WTF.

That's odd as hell. I don't really trust Brad with this ****.

It's not the 1st of April, is it?
Good assessment:

I think he's become a bit overrated. He basically lucked out being able to swap an overpaid DeRozan for Kawhi because Pop's over the hill. He's still top 3 though, so I couldn't be mad at it. Presti is another guy I'd look into.

Presti's main thing is tanking. His non-tanking moves have been pretty horrendous, like choosing Ibaka over Harden, choosing Russ over KD.

That wasn’t necessarily Presti fault. OKC Owner didn’t want to pay Harden.

There's no coming back from hiring Jason I beat my wife Kidd.

Short memories around here.

This is why I'm so adamantly against keeping Stevens. Is he gonna change out this roster or not? Because if he isn't then this is all lipstick on a pig.

I actually like Lloyd Pierce, want absolutely nothing to do with Kidd though.

I thought Ainge would step down eventually, and/or that Stevens could be fired.. but right now, and Brad going into the front office? Totally unexpected. Surprised ownership forced Danny out.. we’re going to find out the GM grass isn’t always greener.

What the hell? Why? Why would Brad stay and move to GM?

We definitely need a black HC after the racism scandal. That's for sure.
