The most likely outcome for Georges-Hunt is to camp with Boston and then be assigned to Maine in the D-League, as the BOS roster has no room. For Celtics fans: think of this similar to the situations of Malclom Miller, Coty Clarke and Rodney McGruder. Camp guys destined for Maine. A quick scouting report on Georges-Hunt is that he's a potential 3&D guy who is a little short on the 3 part and inconsistent on the D part."
One camp slot remaining.
Does this mean anything for Nader?
Nothing new there. The Celtics want him to play in the D-League (ideally) or overseas (less ideal). Nader wants a contract to come to camp.
The Celtics don't want to bring him to camp, waive him (which is likely due to the roster crunch) and lose his Draft Rights. He wants to come to camp, either make the team (his ideal) or get waived and have his NBA freedom.
This isn't anything that gets resolved soon. It is most likely that Nader ends up in the D-League.
As for the 20th roster spot, it is likely Boston will fill that spot with a big. They aren't going to push Horford and Johnson much in the preseason and Olynyk is working his way back from the shoulder surgery this summer.
