Morris belongs on a 30 win team where he can jack up 18-20 shots, score 15-18 points and have his team lose by double digits

Between that and his dribble you really have to wonder if he's capping his potential on offense.

Maybe he will always be a complementary 4th or 5th piece on a championship team.

Basically a 6'8 version of Avery Bradley just trading Bradley's great finishing with Brown's great ability to get by his man on a drive.

Great finishing? Bradley got blocked by the rim on a breakaway layup. He’s a terrible finisher and terrible passer too. Brown is only 21 years old

Don't we have a conversation every game about how much you hate Bradley and you called him an inconsistent offensive player? If so we don't need to go further.

But yes, Bradley's layup is a trademark. Maybe he doesn't dunk, but since year 2 he's consistently had layups as an impressive attribute in his game.

You mean why did he bench Tatum I assume?

Good question.

Only gonna get worse once Morris' minutes restriction is lifted.

They need to cut Tatums minutes back regardless IMO. Extremely long season for a 19 year old kid who’s never done it before. Saw Brown hit the wall hard last year and it’s gonna come for Tatum too. Handling him with kid gloves to keep him healthy and playing well is a good thing

Can we find a way to trade him to the Lakers?

This is a year where Tatum, Brown and Ojeleye should be getting all the minutes and Morris should be sent packing

Bet with Stillwater Celtics will finish 6th or higher in ECF Standings Regular Season(17-18). [WON]

If you can find me a post that says I hate Bradley I’d be impressed. Stop using strawmans when you have no point.

Bradley is a terrible finisher and lead this team in blown layups by a large margin. He was great against Boston a few nights ago and shot like 4-13. He’s wasted as being a legitimate scoring threat. His efficiency doesn’t hold up when asked to play two ways. Elite 3 and D player and that’s Avery’s ceiling. Browns ceiling is far far higher

Morris just looks like a lazy player. No energy, not fighting for rebounds or playing great defense. On offense he also settles for lazy ISOs.

Tatum seems to be Breezing through.
He's young enough, that I don't think he'll run into that Wall.

I don’t disagree but I also can’t expect Tatum to maintain his current level of play under his current workload over 82 games as a rookie. He’s either gonna get hurt or his play will suffer a downturn. That’s why so many guys make the sophomore leap as they become acclimated to the rigors of being a professional

Brown has made major development from last year. Give the kid more time.

Good to see Jaylen get back on track, Tatum again with the low shot total and minutes in the first half still bigs me. Morris 3X the fg attempts.

And hopefully in 2 months time all those open shots that are falling aren’t clanking off the front rim. Developing Tatum properly is priority one for the season

Irving, Brown, Hayward, Tatum and Horford

No dilemma at all. Tatum starts next year just like he did this year
