I swear he gets spooked playing in Foxboro since he never misses at times anywhere else.

Felt bad for Adam.

Amazon Prime alt audio is ace. No Joe Buck  .

I will always deep down have a soft spot for AV.

I hated that he left, but I remember seeing some documentary of his new house in Indiana on a lake when he first signed there, where he had a more relaxed life for his wife and kids with nobody hounding them all the time. He loves to hunt and fish and got to develop a more quiet life in Indy. Plus he got paid and did snag one more ring in 2006. But he seemed to kinda mesh with the Hoosier lifestyle and quietness or something like that.

His cult following got so big after the early 2000's I guess he said fans were coming up to him alllll the time in NE.

edit: Adam makes second FG. Actually he's the Colts best player the last few years.

Reading this thread, you would think the Pats and Sox suck terribly.

Guys, Sox just finished with the 7th most wins ever, and Pats are in the middle of a historic run of utter eliteness, with the GOAT Coach and GOAT QB.

It's funny because apparently the Yankees have real elite power hitters, yet the Red Sox had the higher slugging percentage as a team. Also hit 20 points higher and a MUCH higher OPS.

I think it's kinda natural at times for Red Sox Nation to worry. My dad kinda was/is like this since I was a little kid with bad memories.

Funny part is, they are both 50% better than the Celtics.

Its absolutely that, also a whole perception over reality thing. Red sox slash line as a team is 268/339/453/792, the Yankees was 249/329/451/781. Red Sox clearly were the better hitting team. But because the Yankees hit more homeruns they get looked at as a scarier offense, id take a well balanced offense over an all or nothing offense any day.

Also, James White/Sony Michel is a monster duo at RB.

Except if you remember, some of the Sox’ biggest hits in the playoffs have been dingers. Power matter in the playoffs. Game 3 in Detroit ALCS ‘13. Napoli hit the moonshot off of Verlander and that was the only run.

And the Red Sox have alot of power, hence why they had the highest slugging percentage in baseball. They just happen to be well balanced hitters on top of it, as opposed to the yankees who are all or nothing.

I just think it's awesome that we got to 4 or 5 minutes left in the first half before I heard about or thought about Chris Hogan.

Pull the starters. Put in Smart.

(I seriously would love to see Marcus in a Patriots jersey)

I bet Smart could do well on defense in the NFL.
