Pats have now outscored opponents 76-24 since people started freaking out about them starting slow for like the 17th year in a row.

Strong work, fellas.

Would you consider Tom Brady as the best player to ever play for a Boston team (yeah, I know technically it's the New England Patriots, but you know what I mean) ? If not, then who would you say? Bird, Russell, Williams, Orr?
As good as the rest of the Boston legends are I think I would go with Brady as the best Boston sports legend (and the amazing thing is that he's not done yet)

Russell then Brady. Thats my opinion. Russell transcended the sport. Coach, civil rights. Yet he still won 11.

Brady Russell Williams Orr Bird is how I'd rank them, with Bird 5 simply because I'd have Russell ahead of him and I think all 4 sports deserve to be represented at the top of the list.

I have Brady 1 because (in my opinion) it's pretty undisputable he's the greatest of all time at his position and probably the greatest in his sport. Arguments can be made for Rice or Payton or Montana or Taylor or Sanders, but I'd take Brady.

Speaking as someone who has Brady as his starting fantasy QB.... NO FREAKIN WAY THAT WAS AN INT!!!!! catch and fumble.

Cultural opinion has shifted to Brady after the Falcons Superbowl, and even before that win most people had him even with Joe.

I'd say its pretty undisputed at this point.

I like your list and would pretty much just swap Orr and Williams but baseball is my least favorite sport.

I don't see a case for anyone but Brady. He's not only the best to ever play his sport, he is one of the best to ever play any sport.

It has been argued by many that Orr was the 2nd best to ever play his sport, but Russell has him 11-2 on rings, so...

Just not a good matchup.

Think Sale should be done for the night after that clean inning. He’s up to 80 pitches and the Sox have a 5 run lead. Turn it over to the pen

I'm guessing he goes one more inning, which hopefully let's us avoid seeing Kelly get in the game.

Don't you know? Facing a team that was inferior in all 3 phases of the game is baaaaad news for the Red Sox.

I’m sorry, I couldn’t comprehend that post. Did you say the Red Sox are better than the Yankees?
