Holy ****.

Looks like I’m eating crow today.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
I mean, lol. I doubt Pacers were offering that much so it doesn’t sound like we had much of a chance with a sign and trade there regardless. 30 million, good for you Gordon.

Yeah that does it for me boys.

Time to fire Ainge.

This was a momentally horrible bungling that sets this franchise back.

To let Hayward walk for nothing is just complete negligence.

LOL FIRE AINGE

Sadly I agree. Ainge has been horrible since the Tatum draft.

For some reason , deals with the Pacers are always tough. Does anybody remember when we tried to get Marquis Daniels? Pritchard wasn´t the GM back then (I think it was Larry) but it took forever to get him. I am not sure if it wasn´t another sign and trade, but it took ages to finish it.

Charlotte is so dumb. Paying him $30 mil for 4 years makes no sense for them.

This Hayward to Indy thing has probably been a farce right from the start. Ainge showing Hayward how much he values and appreciates him in Boston by asking for over value coming back in the Indy discussions. Ainge probably always intended on Hayward coming back.

Most likely scenario in my opinion is Hayward signing a new 3-4 year deal in Boston

Edit: Oops!!

Do we think the Pacers were offering anything close to that for him? This is completely out of left field and a crazy offer to be honest.

I mean wasn't this the exact fear we had? Completely overplay by Ainge. How do you defend this?

No, Charlotte can make the room.
