Kemba
Simmons
Brown
Tatum
Tristan

II've seen how teams guard Simmons in the playoffs. Thanks but no thanks.

Kemba/Jaylen/Tatum/Simmons/RW3 would do some damage, just put the ball in Simmons hands.

Yeah I mean you can spin this so many ways. One fun way is....

Kyrie is hurt that he is being offered to the Rockets for in his eyes an inferior player.

So Houston takes the better deal in Simmons and Kyrie doesn’t come back to the Nets. Durant asks out. Ainge swings a Kemba/Smart picks deal for Durant.

Let’s go. It’s a wet dream but let’s go!

It’s ok, I don’t think anyone probably noticed.

Nash + Durant + Harden - Irving = Maybe something good?

If Houston can’t get Simmons or any other genuine young star and the Irving stuff is true, then if I was them I would be trying get Irving, Harris, Allen and maybe Shamet plus multiple draft picks and then try and get a second load of assets for Irving.

Still finding a way to get Rudy Gay to the Celtics in this Harden trade.

If KD had a brain he should have never teamed up with Kyrie. He would be oh so perfect on the Celtics

I'm into Simmons. He would be a great 4 on our roster, help with ball movement, and our defense would be top tier.

No dinwiddie.
No Kyrie.
No Harden.

Levert and Allen are nice, but I really don’t think Durant wants to end his career like that. He will for sure ask out unless Kyrie comes back and mends fences.

My main concern and goal is keeping Tatum in Boston past his next contract. Whatever accomplishes that, I'm all for.

I mean a core of Simmons, Jaylen, and Tatum? Jesus. But we arent getting him and the chances are very remote we are involved in anything right now.

One other note on the Harden trade: Several teams monitoring the situation expected the Boston Celtics to make a run at trading for Harden. People close to several Celtics players who were likely to be in a Harden trade were prepared for Boston to make a move. Per The Athletic and ESPN, that now seems unlikely. Both outlets say the Rockets are considering final offers from Brooklyn and Houston.

okay, so does Houston really have any leverage at this point? I'd say Harden sorta ruined that for them. He's just not trying out there and wants nothing to do with Houston anymore. He has forced their hand. If they want to move forward as an organization they need to trade Harden. Don't be surprised to see a surprise team end up with Harden here. BK doesn't have much to offer IMO, and is Philly really going to trade Ben Simmons? outside of Simmons they don't have much to deal either.

If I'm Danny it's worth a phone call. Kemba, Pritch, Langford, Theis,2 first rounders for Harden/Tucker. If you add Harden to JT/JB/Smart this team becomes a powerhouse

Probably won't happen but I don't know if you can actually rule that out. I guess it depends how they feel about Kemba.
