Whenever Tatum gets a switch onto a big, he more often settles for his pull-up three. He rarely does that when a small gets switched on to him and almost always draws a second defender. Why Tatum-White combo works well for us.

Nurse is going to have Tatum nightmares after this one.

AOS win
Too hard for my liking
Too many minutes for the starters

I'll take the win

Yup! So finally abandon that stupid Kornet/Horford lineup

It took 40+ minutes from JT & JB

38-16 4th quarter. That was impressive.

Hauser 4-7 from 3. +18 in 24 minutes of play. That's the kind of stat line I was used to last season.

Not ideal, but I’ll gladly take a W.

White has been usually standing in the corner during crunch time this season which eliminates the Tatum/White two man game. Putting White in the actions opens up a ton of options for the Celtics. KP/White was great last year and we have seen none of that. This is a 100% coaching issue.

Brown is a great ISO scorer but he and Tatum have zero chemistry, and he cannot make quick decisions. He needs to be on the wing ready to catch and attack quickly where he's best.

White in the corner, in crunch time, is not a bad idea.

With 2:12 remaining in the 4th and the Cs leading by 1 point, 110-109, White made a 3 from a pass by JT.

That gave the Cs some breathing room.

White corner 3 also propelled the Cs into the NBA Finals in Game 4 of the ECF.

So White in the corner, in crunch time, has paid off in the past.
