Well to be fair he will come back at some point in his career.

Lol. You know exactly what I meant.

Tons of people are building up some absurd return where he plays 100% for us in the playoffs. If he comes back (he won't), it will be PG style at the end of the season in any potentially meaningless game, probably off the bench in highly limited minutes.

Mm. Need Tatum and Brown to contribute in games like these, or we're cooked.

Ha, I thought about making that exact same joke a few minutes ago but couldn't word it right. Great minds think alike.

Kyrie Irving and Al Hoford are a combined 10-19. The rest of the Celtics are 5-23, including 0-12 from Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier.

So, yeah. Can't take 0s like that.

My hope is that he comes back mid March, plays like 10 games and helps us in the playoffs. Even he isn’t ruling it out. That’s why he’s rehabbing so hard right now. If it doesn’t happen so be it. But we can dream.

Okayyy. What's the Lineup now?

Horford and Baynes are the only Centers. -- So we have to stagger them.
Tatum, and Brown up? Smart in?

Proposed Rotation, 2017-18:
Irving / Larkin
Smart / Rozier
Brown / Ojeleye / Nader
Tatum / Yabusele
Horford / Baynes

That was the worst offense they've played all year. No way to sugar coat it. They are lucky to still be in the game.

Of course not, he's a **** warrior, but he's not making this decision when it comes down to it.

Ojeleye? He's 6'7".

Yabusele has to step up, as a PF, behind Tatum.

Lowest scoring output for the season in Chicago followed by highest scoring output for the season vs. Denver followed by being on pace for new lowest scoring output tonight. So I guess we'll score 200 points in the 2nd half.

The team has used Yabu almost exclusively at C. He can't defend on the perimeter to save his life.

At least Smart is playing his part. 0/6 with 2 turnovers. As Janet once said, what have you done for me lately, Marcus?

Smart shoots 32% and Rozier shoots 37%. Ainge needs to move one of them for a guard that can actually shoot otherwise there will be a bunch of nights like this.
