I guess the next to leave will be Semi, Kornet and Jabari. Hopefully Carsen and Grant will be sent packing in trades during the summer.

Well thanks. Today officially sucks now. :(

I haven't heard anything about Tremont and Tacko.

Watching the Bucks Nets and thinking the Celts won't be winning a title with JB and JT at the 3 and 4. We need one more guy on the wing with more size. The Bucks have Middleton at SF and Giannis at PF. Middletons 6'8". JB doesn't have that size. JB has Holidays size. Harris and Green on the Nets both have more size than JB. I get the switchable and I'm for it but the Celts need more size to compete against these final 8 teams.

And yes I know Tatum is lights out at the 4 with big numbers but he could feast on smaller wings too. And that'd save his body from the pounding he gets as our 2nd big on the floor.

We could use a 4. Three names I've seen this post Season who are interesting to me. Not sure we can get them but Batum, PJ Tucker and Jeff Green are decent role players

I want a starting 4. Not sure Tucker can sustain his heroic for a full season. Batum has looked good. Can hit 3s and plays good defense, rebounds. Just someone like that that can help Tatum. Looking at these final 8 teams, I just can't see RWill3, JT and JB as a championship frontcourt team now or in the future.

For me I won't mind Tacko leaving if it means he gets a better chance somewhere else. and I do think that will happen.

I think we should target portis sign and trade into the remainder of the Hayward TPE

That is more than the MLE and too much for the Bucks, imo, to match.

In 20 minutes last season Portis put up
11.5ppg
7rpg
47% from 3 on 2.5 attempts per game.

He also plays some defense.

I have always been a fan or Portis, his size and shooting. Also tough a good way. wondering if his play earned him a bigger contract.

I think it has, but the market will be thin.

Just for unrestricted FAs this offseason at center
Zeller
Theis
Noel
Davis
Kanter
Holmes
Kaminsky
Biyombo
Howard
Whiteside
Hernangomex
Len
Len
Giles
Dieng
Drummond
Cousins
Bell

Restricted ones
Collins
Allen
Bradley

Alot of names in the mix this offseason.

I like the Portis idea too but not as a center.
He's got the skill to play with Tatum and RWill.
Then get an even bigger player to rotate with RWill.
DCs Len could be a reasonable option. Many others too.

And keep Parker.

Smart Brown Tatum Portis RWill
Pritch Nesmith Langford Parker Len
Grant Semi

So how many roster spots are we going to have open? Wouldn’t mind keeping Kornet around third string… Ntilikina would be an interesting pick up- great defense, size and length, can play three positions, only 23.. Like Portis, never sure what the deal is, he’s a good player but doesn’t seem to be sought after like one, could be off the court stuff or flaws in his game I don’t pick up on..

Pretty dumb now that you pointed it out.

I want to be mad about Smart but I guess he missed a lot of games and our team defense was wack. Still surprised though.

Frank N. Is quick too. I really hope we're looking at all our options to upgrade our roster. Ne coach, new team. Good opportunity to think big and outside the box.
