Someone was arguing with me, saying that Scottie Barnes is not athletic. He's ROY by a mile if he gets major minutes. Probably woke up this morning with a huge grin knowing that he could drag 'em all over this soft ass team.

Power rankings had the Celts outside the top 10 this season.

Looks like it's accurate.

NBA teams nowadays are good to great at shooting the 3-point shot, even the bad teams.

This Celts team just doesn't have the shooting needed to become an elite team.

Fournier is definitely missed.

I’ve been to a lot of Celtics games but this feels like the worst. Terrible effort, terrible shooting, horrible loss to a **** team.

he was thinking that:

a) toronto is fast as hell, they're faster than we were, especially with our double big lineup so let's go small to be able to keep up with their speed

b) toronto has no dominant big man

2nd game of the year trying to implement a new team and coach's system. Shots weren't there, calls weren't going our way, and everyone looked flat but played hard. On to the next one
