Appreciate coach for giving him PT esp when we’re shorthanded. This has long-term benefits. For me, right now, he’s our 7th guy. Kornet our 8th.

Random: Hauser needs two more blocks this season to tie Semi Ojeleye for his blocks total (6) from his last two seasons (2020-2022). In just 7 games, Hauser has already tied Semi's made threes total (15) from his final season with the Celtics.

4 more steals and 1 fewer blocks than Grant Williams. In nearly half the minutes.

I have been impressed with Hauser...gotta admit it.

I'd give Stevens an incomplete. And Horford a lot lower than I expected (thought the three-ball would at least be there). But pretty accurate assessment.

I am happy with what we're seeing from Sam. Now we just need another bench guy or two to find a way to consistently add value to the group on a night to night basis.

Sam has been our most consistent bench player and best blend with the starters in this early season. Unfortunately he's not been good enough to be our 6th best player. He's got to continue what he's been doing and someone else (paging Al and Pre-season P) has to be even better than Sam has been so far.

Already looking forward to the calls to replace him on his next 2-game slump!

The main subject of that clip aside, Jrue's oscillating head is pretty amazing.

He's made at least 3 threes in 6 of his 9 games. Last season, it was only 19 of his 80 games. Keep giving him consistent minutes and touches.

Us fans keep bringing up how the Heat stole Max Strus from us. I didn't even know that this was one of the first things POBO Brad did. All hail the genius Brad Stevens. Keep protecting his vision!

This compilation only shows onball defense. He also improved his offball/team defense from what we've seen so far. Joe isn't playing him nearly 20 mpg if he's such a liabililty on that end. Usually the first or second guy off the bench for us this season.

If you look at the stats of Sam Hauser & Grant Williams there isn’t much of a difference. Except for one stat. Sam Hauser has a much better defensive rating. Celtics knew what they were doing the whole time.

Hauser now has six games of at least 3 made threes. Only six players have more such games: Bane, Finney-Smith, Tatum, Markkanen, Curry, Hardaway Jr. None of them play less than 20 mpg like Sam.

FUN FACT: Only two players in NBA history have made 4+ threes per 36 minutes on at least 40% 3FG% in their career.
