He is welcome to any of the above

Far as I can see this is over for now. Time to try to fix whats broken with this team. Rookie GM, Rookie Coach, young players (who're actually veterans now) simply is not working. I'm championship driven.

Stevens isn't a rookie GM. Not only is he not a rookie, he's actually been really good since he took over. He's made all the right moves.

However, as I said above. If he's gonna double down on Muzzuka then he has to hitch his ride to this wagon, for better or worse.

Stevens doesn't get to hire 3 head coaches.

If he keeps little Joe and next year is the same as this year then you have to clean house. New GM, new head coach, new philosophy.

To be fair to Brad, he wasn’t left with much to work with when the Ime stuff dropped.

Sure signing Mazzulla to a longer deal now looks very questionable.

But I also wonder if there was a bit of ownership pressure involved. Cash in on a bit of a feel good story after the Ime mess.

They can't run muzzla back and convince the fans they wanna win.

It doesn't work that way. I trust Brad will make the right decision.

Losing hurts, it sucks, and should lead to changes and adjustments to you can stop losing. Quitting on the other hand is a totally different beast.

Damn I can still remember Butler mocking Al with the Timeout gesture. That was incredibly humiliating.

I just thought of this: Joe refuses to call timeouts when the other team goes on runs, why don't the players just call timeouts?

It's kind of like when you go out with your buddy he's sloppy drunk and embarrassing himself. At some point you've seen enough and you tap your friend on the shoulder and say"okay it's time to go home."

No Game 4 game thread yet?

Season essentially over, I would want to see a lineup of Smart-White-Hauser-JT-Rob. Might be our best combo of offball/ball movement and guys screening for each other. Wouldn’t mind Grant for Hauser or Brogs for Smart either. I just want a different look. For a brief moment in game 2 (or was it game 1), the lineup of White-Brogs-JT-Grant-Rob showed promise.

Let’s see some four minutes of selfless basketball lol.

Horford loves doing it for the other team, should’ve done it more for Joe.

Jimmy Butler called timeout for the Celtics after a Gabe Vincent three. That was kind of him.

Smart already gave you the answer. He literally said there's nothing Joe can tell them in a timeout that they can't figure out on their own.

Just another quote undermining Joe from the players.

That’s just a part of the losing. Like Draymond Green mocking JB’s Energy is Shifting slogan or the Cs All About 18 shirt.

If you can’t back it up, suck it up.

I've been hearing reports Horf was sitting in the coaches seat and Smart was drawing up plays. That's not good.

Stop lumping him with Tatum in this ECF. Somehow the numbers don’t even show how bad he’s been.

He's a flawed player and has been absolutely terrible this series. Boston needs to seriously consider if they want to pay him a supermax

It's a bright beautiful day but it might as well be rainy, cloudy and raw. This team has bummed me out. Bad mood. They could win 4 straight and I'd forgive them but never forget that embarrassment. Every Celtic past and present should be embarrassed by that performance. That was a all-is-lost game 4 performance AFTER squeaking out a game 3 win. Not an all-on-the-line game 3 performance. Being a fan sucks balls right now.

Jaylen and Marcus combined basketball IQ is that of an undercooked McDonald’s French fry. Joe Mazzulla is possibly the worst coach I’ve ever seen. It’s an absolute disgrace. There could be some redeeming quality to watching them play if they played hard and had some heart and dignity but NOPE. Don’t have those either.

He deserved it.

Wish our players had that heart.

I know Joe said he didn't have them ready to play but honestly that's kind of pathetic. Do these guys that have been to the Eastern conference finals several times and the finals once really need a coach pumping them up and telling them how great they are like they're in second grade?

That is why I think this roster as constructed is fundamentally flawed.

Larry Bird and co. were swept by the Bucks in 1983. They won the title the following year.

2024 is OUR YEAR! For real, this time!!

They can all go to hell after what I saw last night... right after we win the chip!

I'm distraught, I'm hurt, I'm seething, and I'm in shock tbh.

Did you watch Game 1? Horford did the timeout taunt first, taunting us for no reason, when you guys were up 8 points in Game 1.

It's not really humiliating, it's well deserved.
