And nobody seems to miss against the Celtics in the 4th shooting.

Can't really praise anyone for this effort. Whole team deserves nothing but boos after that "effort". Kyrie included. Stevens included. I doubt it will change, they don't even seem upset

This team needs to realize that just because they're .500 doesn't mean their opponents are going to sleep on them. The Celtics are circled on everyone's calendar as a statement game, no matter what their record is. They're going to get everyone's best shot. And right now it appears they can't play as the favorite.

It's very early still, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't starting to get nervous that this team lost their grit now that they can't play the underdog card.

Ironically if they keep losing though, they'll be able to play the "no one believes in us" card. Because if they keep to this path no one will.

All kidding aside, I think Hayward's earned a starting spot back, and I"m ok with Brown being the one coming off the bench.

Brown, Morris, and Rozier....The ball would never move. Which I guess is what's happening now.

Yea, whatever. Figure it out. It looks like Hayward's shaping back to form and will start sooner or later, and I like Baynes starting (and wish he'd start in the 2nd half). Brown needs to earn his minutes again IMO.

They are even playing as good as their .500 record. Still comes down to shot making. They are basically the worse shooting team in the league. Good luck winning.

Here are the stages of watching the almost every celtics game per quarter.

Quarter 1: "The offense is struggling and they are down 8 but will come back and win because they cannot keep shooting this poorly."

Quarter 2: They can in fact keep shooting this poorly and that they may actually lose.

Quarter 3: You realize midway through the third after an 8 PPG scorer looks like an all star that the celtics are not winning.

Quarter 4: And they lose to a 4 win team.

Not anymore, except maybe for the Lakers (because they are the Lakers).

AoS should be Tatum. The 2nd best player in the team was bad. Shot horribly and was terrible on defense.

Also, the irrational hatred to put Brown with Rozier together tonight is laughable. If nothing else Brown played defense. Rozier did nothing. Nothing. Period.

Said he had no floor vision or handle, and that he can't finish. Compared him to Jeff Green in that he is strictly iso and drifts through games, but will make a great athletic play once a game after you have forgotten he is even on the floor.

But he's better than what he is showing.

Not to victory lap, but I think SmartWentCrazy/Cave/Valid/Kyrie for 3 and myself were like five out of the 6 or 7 here who were willing to trade Jaylen for Kawhi without him agreeing to extend. And in most of our cases we were high on Jaylen, but realize you give up a potentially very good player for an elite one any day.

Jaylen has been an absolute disaster this year and is tanking his trade value. I still think he could be a very good player, i just dont think it will be here.

Team IMO won't get better until a few guys are cleared out since it is just too damn crowded on this roster. Admit it guys, you can't please them all with minutes and stardom. Many warned us about this and much of the forum ignored this including me a lot.

I was secretly hoping Danny would move a few in the offseason but I think they hoped this would all work out and everyone would click since the only really "new guy" is Gordon.

I’m going to take a break from this board guys.

I love all of ya, but all the negativity this team brings me and all of it augmented on this board is not good for my health. Hopefully I’ll be back. But at this rate, I have no clue when that will be.

Hate to put this on one play but down 4, three on 1 and we get 1 point out of it . Brown had to pass it there

I'm also assuming Jaylen lost his starting job tonight. But at his age, there's still miles of improvement to come if he gets his head back on straight.

Did you miss this season up to tonight? The Rozier and Brown criticism nowhere near started with tonight's game.
