Nets did really well on both trades. They got Kyrie “for free” via FA signing. They got KD (and an FRP) via S&T using D’Angelo Russell. That’s a major haul as they pivoted back to the non-star route. The Harden deal was the one that hurt them. Simmons is just a zero now. Probably negative because of his contract status.

Crowder buy out incoming? Going to be a big trade day I think. Lots to happen in Toronto and Brooklyn at least. Seems like OG to Brooklyn would be a good place to start.

My guess...not educated or anything without any inside knowledge is that they move Grant PP Jackson and Gallo in a deal. My guess is that since they love to trade with Orlando that they acquire this dude who has loads of potential, can switch, and can play some good D at the wing. Jonathan Issac.

Again...no inside knowledge and no clue if the money would work with the TPE but yeah...

Ask me about Bruins injuries though and I sometimes get a heads up haha.

Disappointing that #7 not leaving for KD. But Cave is correct - too much other stuff would have had to leave as well.

Let’s pick off a wing from the Nets. They have 53 I think.
