I'm calling it a scaphoid fracture.

Judging by the way it's strapped at the All-Star game and with a scaphoid fracture, it takes ages to heal because of the lack of blood flow.

I watched much of the first half of the game. Haven't done that for decades. Likely won't do it again for quite a while.

I always seem to have something else going on for the ASG and because it’s basketball wish I could just relax and watch it. Then the game comes on, I watch a few highlights, never watch the entire game after the fact like I intended to, rinse and repeat when I realize yet again I wasn’t missing much. This year I actually caught the entire second half because it started so late and halftime was so long. Tatum going off was cool, the Jays battle was kinda cool, but I realize, again, I wasn’t missing much and it’s time to rinse and repeat until next year.

There's a thread on the GB about how Jimmy Butler is better than Kevin Garnett and I'm going back to bed because it can't be real.

I find Jimmy Butler infinitely frustrating - he is not a number 1 option on a title team and miami are fooling themselves if they think he is. Actually kind of enjoy his game and attitude, he just simply isnt all that good (top 20 but def not top 10). He would be an amazing 2nd fiddle though

I bet even Jimmy himself wouldn’t make this claim.

If he wants it. He’s gonna be able to have his pick of the litter- not sure what is or will be available or how he values the hawks but I don’t think it’s a slam dunk job opening. Maybe he will have real interest. Big difference between them having him on their list and the other way around tho.

I definitely agree that the Hawks are far from the most desirable job but I don't 100% buy yet that every team in the league is going to want Ime--the Nets were shameless as hell so them hiring him wasn't that surprising, and even they backed out. I'm curious if Philly hires Ime if Doc flames out, but all these teams know a lot more about what Ime did than we do and I still feel like he'd be listed by Woj/Shams if the Hawks wanted him (and not vice versa).

All I'm saying is that I wouldn't be shocked, especially if Philly passes on him, if he has to take a HC opening in like Houston or something
